I finally found the watery cave the only problem is the gate is locked. So how do I get inside the cave to find Ben's bell? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

After you hear about Toucan Island from the wizard, You go the Fishery place and they'll say something about Paolo which he's located in the Lighthouse, He'll give you the key :3

Basically just look for the witch, and go back to the wizard. o3o
