Finally TOT gets an european release and I don't know anything of it ;-)
TOT was released this month and I didn't know it but from the moment I knew I bought it.
I'm a real junky (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Anyway I have a problem with the first tree. I can't find a common seashell... I know it's named common for a reason but I really can't find it. I have all the other items but not the seashell I have found pearls, beautifull seashells but not a common one and im now on the 9th of summer and I searched almost every day. I really wanna find it before the 15th. Can somebody please help me? You can just tell me where you find them and how often. Also I've noticed that there's never something on the eastern beaches in Carmel valley, is this normal? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) I'm really beginning to fear it's a glitch.

Popped my copy in for the first time in ages, ran down to the beach and there it was. The rest of the beach was pretty much devoid of grabbable junk... I think I remember this being somewhat of a problem. So try just saving before sleeping, and reloading if you want it before the 15th? I'm not sure.

You can find the Common seashell by looking around the beach in Caramel River District or along Cream Beach in Waffle Town. The shell can appear all year long, sometimes after it rains or whatever(For me at least anyways).

EDIT: Beaten

Well yeah I thought that too, so waited until it rained and went to the beach and I only found pearls.
Also it didn't rain for the whole of spring wich is also pretty strange (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif)

Hm, weird. Make sure to go look every single day. I can't imagine why you haven't found one yet- they're easy to find.

And the beaches you talk about? There are some the cliffs from Brownie Ranch, in town, and around the bottom of the Caramel River district. And of course the beaches of the Gull Islands and Toucan Island.

But the beaches below the Brownies cliffs are inaccessible. I've been wanting to get down there to. Not to worry, your copy is fine. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif)

Seashells weren't my problem. But that fish you have to cook in the oven was.

I have the fish alright although he was a real sucker (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I'll try to look every day but I've done so for at least 30 days and I really don't see them and I always check the one in waffle town and the ones in carmel. Also how ofton do new items appear on the beaches?
Because I only see something appearing every 3 days or so? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif)
I find it a bit too little but then that's a strong point of harvest moon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif)

Congratz. Complete Collin's Rainbow before Ben's. Then you can have the trouble of Allan's, then Edge.

I recommend you start collecting ingredients for all the rainbows. On my second file, I had three rainbows complete, and was married to Candace all in my first year. I just recently beat the game (since I knew what to look for).

Just look up the recipes, copy them down, and start collecting. Right now, you can purchase an Perfect Honeydew from Souffle Farm. The honeydew is the green ingredient for Allan's Rainbow.

In my second game, the entire storyline (except the Journey Rucksack) complete within the first year. I got married on the first of Spring in year two, but I could have gotten married long before then. O_O

It isn't too hard if you know what you need and set everything aside right away.

---

I actually suggest trying to do Ben's and Collin's rainbows at the same time.

Impressive.

I still have a year until my kid is ready for the journey rucksack. Plenty of time to make them some moola.

well I plan to be married in spring of the second year. Finished the second rainbow but am now stuck on another so 'simple' item I get really frustated (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif)

I'm the 6th of winter and all I need for the third rainbow is the Saury but I can't find it ... again.
It's supposed to be on Gull Island? But I fished all Fall and haven't found it yet. Do I need to fish on the W side of the island? Or is it possible to also fish it at the ocean on Waffle island?

Sorry guys (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif)

I did that too, don't worry. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I never caught it on the Gull Island. It's easier to catch on the Waffle Island Sea.

Thanx (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaevil.gif)
It's so much easier to catch it there, because you can always replenish you're energy but because I didn't catch it I wasn't sure.

Yes, saury is available around the sea of Waffle Island.

Or if you're very lucky, you can get one of the cat's heart level to four. Then, they'll give you a saury as a gift.

Thanx again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I'm now on my last rainbow and the only thing I still need is the tuna and the Perfect honeydew but I can't find the honeydew, or at least the seeds for them... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif)
There not at Taylors, not at Toucan island or Souffle farm. The site says the item was origenally a melon but now it's honeydew? It sounds more like a flower than a crop.
Sorry guys I believe this will be the last time I ask for help
Promise... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif)

Apparently the honeydew can be found from the bees on a flower you grow. The color of the flower the bee is found on is what color honeydew you will end up with. For example if you planted a red flower, one day you may notice a few bees flying around it. Just go up the plant and click A and BAM, you've got yourself some red honeydew. :)

@Zboy: Honeydew is a fruit you grow, not honey from bees ^^;

@Rualeen: Honeydew is a summer crop so Souffle Farm would only have it in the Summer, and about Taylor, he might not sell honeydew seeds, I know there are a few seeds he doesn't sell.
