I have one question. Has anyone figured out how tools are upgraded?

-Can you go in between villages? (I heard you could but I'm just making sure)
-What is the conflict of the game? (Kinda like for Animal Parade you have to ring bells to save the Harvest tree and Sunshine Island where you have to get those stones to raise islands. I haven't heard if there is one or not ^-^')
-Do some characters have to be unlocked?

I don't have the game yet but I do know the first two. Yes, you can travel between the 2 villages but you have to travel across the mountain between the 2 villages to do so. And the conflict is that the 2 villages don't get along. You see, there was a tunnel connecting the 2 villages but after the 2 started fighting(Because of their different cooking styles) the Goddess made the tunnel cave in and you have to win a number of cooking contests to get the villages to like each other again and fix the tunnel.

yes you can ~ I would also go so far to say you can marry people from the other village as well...but this is something that has to be confirmed :3
Right now going between the villages takes time because you have to go over the mountain

The conflict lies between the villages. in ancient times the villages elders of both villages had an argument (if I got it right about....food) Your task is to get them together somehow. and restore their friendship.

So far the sage and michael havn't shown up. I guess you have to come to a special event until you can meet them. At least I stumbled over the house of someone :3

I have a question does everybody have a vine of flowers near their name? When I first saw it I thought was just for marriage candidates like as a replacement for the normal heart, but I saw some screen shots and it looks like all villagers have them too.

Helpful isn't it? but I guess the colors will change~ like love canidates have red flowers when they like you the most but I guess villages will have a different one

Why yes it is helpful. Although I did like it how only marriage candidates had hearts next to their names. But whatever the flower thing is still a cute idea.

like in WB you have the bookshelf where you can check the heart level of all the townspeople and marriage canidates. but in TV I didn't found it until now - so it really nice for me....

To answer the one question about marrying from other villages, it is true. Not too long ago I just saw Kamil's first heart event and I live in Konohana. Now, I have a few questions myself.

1. Where can I get the fishing pole?
2. Where can I buy seeds in Konohana?
3. Are the quests from the villagers optional? Or do you have to them in order to progress the story line/unite both towns?

1.) I don't know yet.

2.) Gonbe he will sell it during daytime in his house~

3.) They are optinoal...but naturally it's helpful if you do it because the heartlevel end friendship level will raise faster and you get money and usefull stuff!





My question is still:

and what are the....colorfull gems? what meaning do htey have and how do I use them? I have a read, blue and yellow one ._. but I have no clue what they are for...

It was really beautiful. He was asking me flowers and what I thought about them. I'll get more information on what the events are like when I get to them. I also got a date scene with Kamil. (It was completely on accident. I didn't realize what was going on until it was the very last second).

You should get the fishing Rod at the beginning of Summer.

This isn't exactly a question about the gameplay, but I was wondering if the game can change from the Japanese version to the English version. More specifically, I want to know if they would change holding the L button to run to just toggling it, (like in WB) because of the negativity from the players about it.

You only get to save when you go to sleep. And you can save and sleep at the mayor's house.
