This is a problem that's really frosting my cake. I've made a new file and I'm 24 days into Spring. No matter what I do, Ray won't show up, yet I've met Terry, Basil and Henry. What the crap is going on? Is there some hidden specific requirement needed to make him show up?

I don't remember anything special besides just going to the lake and his event happened. Since he's a fishin' man, you could try selling some fish? I'm not sure.
