I met Bob & Tim & Katie, but I don't recall seeing Ponta. I could be wrong.
I assume you meet Bob & Tim each time, but I know Katie is my best friend in game [yeaahh, red heart, get it] so I assume it's your best female counterpart.

It was so sad Ponta was talking about if the sunset was a cookie then the character guy just walked away in the middle of his sentence! And ponta chased after him, but then it just cutoff and went to him talking to Bob and Tim. And you know you're probably right it is probably the girl you're closest with. I also had a red heart with Katie (I had red hearts with other girls but still). I have a special connection with Katie. I mean we both suck at making cakes and well my name is Katelyn so everybody calls me Katie.

It's starting to feel like it's getting down to the wire with finishing the endings, but I don't feel rushed or anything. Did you get the Robot Tree event? That was cute nonsense right there.

I loved that robot tree scene. I kinda wanted to just laugh at them and leave, but I knew I had to help. I can't believe after you go through the troubl of helping them, having to get yelled at by Woody and they ruin the robot anyways. Those three are so funny together.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find random fruit under trees that they can't even pick up?

Are the fruits green? Cause if they are the fruit isn't ripe yet so that's why you can't pick it. Just wait a few days for it to finish growing.

The whole slow-motion realization of "OMG HE'S ON TOP OF MEE. O////O" was possibly the funniest thing ever. Poor Alice. 8D

Here's a tip though: forget carrots. Make sure you have three alfalfa sprouts stored away, because stamina is very vital.

I just saw that! I ended up staying awake til 4:30 in the morning last night because I was really freaked out. The only good thing that came out of that was I was able to beat Charles right before I was to exhausted to stay awake anymore. And I know what you mean I used 3 ponta roots to beat him flip the carrots.

Oh, I know. I was just about to run out of stamina and he was coming up alongside of me real fast riiight at the end. Somehow, though, I whipped my poor horsie just enough to win by a nose in the last moment. <3

How does fishing work in this game control wise (like how do the controls work)? It seems very different from previous games.

How does fishing work in this game control wise (like how do the controls work)? It seems very different from previous games.

First, pick your fishing spot and hit X. Put your cursor over/around a fish and hit X, and when the little meter thing pops up, try to match the colors. It's lightest blue=near the top, medium blue=mid-depth, and dark blue/black=deep water. Hit X over the right one if you can, as it...yeah, it's really the only way. The fish will bite and the Hero will go, "[!]" unless it's a BIG fish/treasure, in which case the [!] will have like spikes on it. A big circle will appear and you have to match the blue circle that will appear by the fish. It starts small and gets bigger and you need to hit X when they overlap to 'reel in'. And you just do that until the fish is caught. It gets easy after a while, though. I make a nice chunk of cash from fishing and cooking the fish.

Hooray that's over! I'm now in Summer of year two and I can't wait to see what those guys are gonna come up with next.

Let's see, if there's five robots, and we've beaten the bird, mole, tree, and horse(unicorn), then there's only one left!

And I actually know what it is from reading some strategy guides. Sounds much less challenging than the horse, at least. I'm more eager to finish up all of these loose-end endings that I have to do. I think in the next few days I should be ending the 100-Year Old Tree & doing the Moon Drop Essence. :]

Oh gosh there is a serious glitch people need to know about. After I completed the horse race ending I never saw Gwen again (Bob also disappeared but I was able to get him back). The weird thing is I can still go shopping at the carpenter's but Gwen just isn't there. But the real problem was I could no longer go into Starling Ranch. The only reason I can go in the carpenter's house is because other people are in there, but since Bob is the only one there and he didn't exist anymore the store was permanently locked. It's ok now because luckily after my chickens got sick from no food Bob showed up at my door to yell at me. And thank goodness he hasn't disappeared again. Gwen however is still nowhere to be seen.

In the mornings, she usually enters the Café area at a little after 9 from Mallard Lake. While waiting for her, 9 passed and I thought "Hmm, better go investigate." So I go into Mallard Lake and experience a scene between Joe and Katie. But then I go everywhere and I can't find Katie. The café opens, and I run inside, but she's still nowhere. I got to order/sell something, and her head pops up and talks but she in person is not there. </3 It wasn't as if she was invisible either. Luckily, I think the next day she was back, perfectly normal. Scared me so bad.

As for Gwen, are you pursuing the Weasel ending? Cause she probably has some scenes left associated with that, so she might pop up after that. Or just let your dog/horse get sick and she'll come to your house and punch you in the face. :D [/voice of experience]

I know it's weird no ones really there but you still see their portrait.

I did get a bunch of scenes with that weasel, but I think I missed one back in Spring. Maybe I'll still get another scene with her somehow. If not I'll take your advice and let my horse get sick.

Anyways I just noticed that in the room on your farm that "rare items" are displayed you get to keep the remains of some of the robots. It was really funny to walk in there and just see those annoying robots.

Hahaha, yeah. I found those horse heads the other day. Kind of want a piece of the tree or mole, though. Just to have a piece form every bot. But I really want to fill up that storage room! It seems like the most recent things that I've scavenged have been two legit fossils, but I dunno if I'll find more stuff deeper in the mine. I just began Summer, so I'll have to make a note to see if there's any more caverns to explore. C:

Yeah I got fossils recently too so I'm hoping as time goes by I'll find more stuff. I want to complete that room but I have no idea if I've missed something or I just can't get it yet. It looks like there's room for one more robot piece so I guess we'll at least get a part of that last one. To bad I really liked that tree robot and would of liked a trophy from that dramatic triumph but whatever (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) .
