I have a Lv5 house a bed for2 and her heart level is at 10 I have the blue feather what am I doing not doing right all she say's is (oh, a blue feather...?) pls reply back.

Have you done her request event? In ToT you can't get married to anyone if you don't complete their events. You trigger Selena's by going to Toucan Island and talking to Sue, then talk to Selena, then Sue again from what I remember.

Yeah the marriage requirements are just eight hearts or more and complete the heart events. You don't even need a double bed.

So make sure you've done all five of her events.
