It doesn't take long at all to raise animal friendship in this one, it's Summer 5th I have 3 hearts with the squirrel, pyreneese, and black cat. I think they switched the affection rates of people and animals...

This has to be my new favorite harvest moon game! I have a question, does anyone know if the game is out in Canada yet? Cause I've heard it is coming on the 20th. any answers are very much appreciated :D sorry if this is not the place to ask this.

I'm in summer. I miss Spring. I didn't plant any strawberries, and I should have, but it was too late. Strawberries are the best Spring crop, but I didn't get them until after I rang the bell.

I'm in the end of Spring, and I also missed strawberries :(
I'm glad animals are easier to befriend, but not so much that people are harder... but it's more realistic that way, I suppose ^^; I wish there were still part time jobs... |

Ok, so I lied. I rang the purple bell by Summer 16! I don't think I'll have Hero title this month, though. Just so everyone knows, how I got it that far was I pretty much spoke/rubbed ten people every single day and gave them a present every day, even if it was just something random like a shell or mushroom. But when I had the money I bought presents the people loved. It was pretty expensive, though.

Dang, that was fast.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I have a few people at 1 heart and Hamilton at 2, then Jin at 4 :P
But the only person I talked/gave gifts to everyday was Jin.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) but now I'm starting to talk to everyone in town a day at least.... I usually don't use the p2 trick... and the only people I've ever given gifts to is Kotomi, Gill, Jin, Irene, and the Wizard |

It will probably take a lot longer to get hearts up, then. At first I was just talking and rubbing Craig and Ruth, and they only got one heart by the third week of Spring. So I started giving them gifts hard core. Like I said, even if it's just things you gather, most people like at least one thing that doesn't cost money!

Yeah it will take me a while.. :P the most hearts a person has (besides Jin) is 2.. the Wizard had 3, but now he's down to 2 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I got his wish already though, so it's all good
Hamilton and Kotomi are almost at 3 =3 |

Doing the fortune telling makes his heart go down?
No when I saw Jin's confession, Gale, Gill, and Toby lost a heart (I didn't have any hearts with any other bachelors) seeing a confession and saying yes makes all the other candidates heart level go down. But does his heart level really go down also when you have him give you your fortune? Anyways.. I got Hamilton, Kotomi and Roomi, and Kathy and Sheila(Selena, that's weird, I usually call her Selena first..) are next, cause they're both at 2 :3 I have 5/10 so far (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) |
