How do I get her back?

Just ship 10 fish and 20 crops and she should come back. I don't know if you have to ship all of it on the same day. It worked for me.
I hope I helped. There is a FAQ on gamefaqs that tells you how to get the people who moved out to move back in.

Gwen supposedly likes jam and carrots, so try shipping those. I shipped a bunch of carrots, and she came back. :D
