Because of Sonic Unleashed I've been pretty Sonic pumped, and I just checked out Sonic Brotherhood again and... BEST PRE-ORDER EVAR. (Except maybe the HM Dog.)
http://www.ebgames.com/Catalog/ProductDeta...roduct_id=69191 I'm pissed that they put the new evil guy AND Knuckles but didn't put Tails. Tails came before Knuckles. He is always over looked.... |

May you should get with the times then. My grandma has the clunky grey DS. You want to be my grandma? I didn't think so.

Do I get the ability to make kickass cookies? It wouldn't be so bad then. My clunker is ELECTRIC BLUE by the way. I'm holding off on getting the DSLite because, well, my current DS works. And they don't have a solid red yet.

Red? Seriously? Ugliest color for a handheld.
You wouldn't be able to make cookies, but you would be able to make the worlds best cheese enchiladas. |

The red is mostly so I can trick it out all MOTHER-style. Cheese Enchiladas is fine too.
How is a turn based Sonic RPG working, anyway? |

I didn't have high hopes for it, but there was some new footage (I guess from E3) recently. Actually looks fun. Timing based attacks, looks Elite Beat Agent style.

Not before, no, but with those stylus, it will be.
I'm out of stylus right now too. Good thing none of the games I'm still playing need a stylus. (Sonic Rush and FFTA2) |

It looks kinda fun, but I really wish you wouldn't stand there waiting for your turn. =/ I prefer to be able to hit as many times as you possibly can, and being able to run around. I don't like the 'chance' part of getting hit or not in some games; I like dodging myself and things like that.
I would prefer a Tails stylus, but I really wonder if they had a poll or something that we missed, that they chose Knuckles out of every one else. Maybe the staff like him alot. I have the old DS, too. I want to get a DS Lite, but my DS still works perfectly fine. If I ever have nothing on my want list, extra money, and my DS still works, I'll get a DS Lite and give a friend my old DS. |

Not that I don't understand them. I just often prefer being able to move around more in combat. :P

Ooooohhh! Nooo. *slaps forhead* (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) No, I wasn't talking about the turn-based RPG style when I said I prefer moving around and dodging.
Sorry, I didn't know you misunderstood me at first. I was talking about how I prefered real-time combat over turn-based. |

Turn-based fighting systems are kind of a dated thing. Not to say games that use them are crap, but with what's possible on systems these days, I would think more programmers would aim for styles like they use in games like Star Ocean and the Tales series.
Also, Sonic sucks. |

Everything you just said was wrong and stupid. Everything. Especially the wrong and stupid parts.

If you don't respect Sonic as a major icon, even if it just SA2 and before, then you deserve to have all your consoles revoked. 2. Turn based is not dated, at least not with a negative connotation. |
