Yeah my DS has fallen on concrete and hard flooring way too many times to count (and not just from small heights - oops) and its been beaten up badly over the years and still is awesome.

The DS can go through alot, but apparently not my sister. :/ One of the clasp that holds the top piece (screen) broke, and the top screen won't work any more. I'm not sure what she did. I wonder if it could survive being locked in the fridge for a whole year, too. ...Well, how about trying for a day first. Unless my sister already tried... I need to ask her later.
Wait, this is not a DS and GBA discussion! This is PSP vs Wii. I was forgetting about that... Well, I suggest the Wii. I don't have a PSP, but I know some one who does. My wii fell over three times because of my sister's dog, and it still works fine. My friend had her's suck in three disk and it still worked and didn't scratch any of the disk when she ejected them back out. (Her's fell over twice because of her little cousin, but it still works, too.) |

wow..... I'm getting confused now which one to buy...
at 1st I was thinking about buying DS bcoz there's alot of HM and rune factory there. (my friend said DS games are girly-cute) whereas, the reason I want to buy PSP bcoz there's FF and also some remake games and new games from the series that I like (disgaea, star ocean, valkyrie profile etc) |

Well, the DS has some classic remakes of FF titles as well as recently announced Valkyrie Profile strategy RPG. There's also other Square-Enix offerings like The World Ends With You. It's also getting a whole bunch of crazy weird stuff that Nintendo's talking about right now.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Phantom Hourglass. Unless you count the GBA Zelda games because it can play those.

Theres some good Final fantasy's on the DS too. Some of my favourites. Crystal Chronicles ring of fates is awesome, and Tactics advance 2 just came out and Im addicted to it.

DS game prices shouldn't be an issue. They range from $20-40 so it's nothing new to the handheld market in terms of pricing. Carts cost more to produce, but personally I'm glad Nintendo decided to stick with them since they're so much more durable.

The PSP is cool if you like to have a small version of enertainment with you at all times. But th PSP does not have manby good games.
The WII is cool to play with if you have friends over a lot and you can all enjoy it, it also doesnt have the greatest games, but has cool features. The DS is the best system of the three. It is fun to play with friends and has a lot of very good games I have all three systems, and I enjoy the DS the most because I have many games for it and there is a a lot of games that are fun.I also like the wii, but that is because I have friends over all the time to play it with me. I dont use my PSP that often |
