PSP if you travel or get out a lot. Wii if you like to stay in your house a lot.

I hardly ever play on the psp, it just doesn't have any good games, that you can play over and over again. not that the wii has that but still...

Personally, I would go with the Wii for the reasons that, its Nintendo (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) , and lots of new games are coming out. Also you can download classic games for it -like original Mario bros or Legend of Zelda-.
But on the other hand PsP is portable making long journeys funner and the new final fantasy is out on it :D. Errm, I hope this helps in some way or another :O |

I dont think there should ever be any competition between handheld consoles and home consoles...home consoles are way better. (that's why they are bigger and cost more.)

I'd personally buy a Wii over a PSP. There's a lot more games for it and there's the fun of having a different experience while you play. I do like the PSP, but the game selection, at least to me, seems a tad limited.

Wii is the most fun to say, and is therefore the clear decision. WIIIIIIIIIIIIII!
Oh. I don't think the PSP is getting any new HMs soon either. |

I do not have a PSP, but the Wii is my favorite! : ) It is way worth it, and very good for entertaining guests. Especially if you have siblings, get the wii, and hello the new harvest moon game is coming out for it too! Get the WII!

I'll cast a vote for the Wii.
It just has a larger number of good games, and you just can't say 'no' to Brawl. PSP is good if you're constantly on the go (obviously because it's a handheld), but other than that, go with the Wii. |

Ok then, I think the DS is way better. It's been out for a while too, so theres a great number of good games out there. Harvest Moon, Pokemon, Final fantasy, phoenix wright, animal crossing, etc etc. |

Oh, well if it's DS vs PSP, I don't have either but DS looks much more fun and is probably more durable
Aren't PSPs and Wiis like the same price ($250ish)? |

DS. Personally, all the great things about the PSP aren't that great. Like how it can do this or that or whatever and then it's battery dies in an hour. Totally bogus. If you want to get some custom firmware and stuff it's worth it, but all in all the DS is the easiest to just pick up and play.

The Ds isn't very durable. Mine fell of the counter and broke. I had to get a new one. But I still like it!

Actually, the DS seems very durable. It think it kinda fluxes between people it though. Mine's been dropped on concrete several times, had stuff dropped on it, scratched, scuffed, or whatever the heck else horrible things done to it and it's still ticking. Well, it's got a little orange dead pixel, but I had that in the first place.

Oh, usually Nintendo stuff is much more durable (at least back when they used cartridges and big, clunky systems), my regular gameboy from forever ago had batteries explode while I was playing it and it still went, not to mention having left it in the rain, dropped it, etc. Still works, as do all my other old Nintendo stuff, whereas I've gone through, oh, I dunno, maybe 3 or 4 regular Playstations.
