I'm sure I'm not the only one here who does this, but I think I do it more often than most people D: I have a terrible habit of starting new games and never actually beating them. Before it wasn't so bad because it was the odd game or two when I was younger that maybe one of my brothers bought. But lately, it's almost every game I buy. And the fact that I buy it makes it all the more worse because I'm not getting the value out of them and am only wasting money foolishly (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif) Sure there's the odd game that may have just sucked, but the majority of them aren't even bad. I guess sometimes it's just the fact that I don't have the same amount of time to dedicate, or perhaps even worse I'm losing touch with games and don't want to admit it.

So anyhow, what games have you started but never finished? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif) Why did you stop? Do you have intention whatsoever to go back and beat them?

Super Paper Mario
The first game I bought for Wii. I got quite a long run out of it and am pretty close to the end. If I really wanted to I could beat it, but I just haven't bothered.

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus
This game is still sitting in the plastic wrap. I meant to buy Portable Ops instead but didn't realize this was a very different game until I had left the store. I should try it out, but it bothers me too much that it wasn't the right game.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
For a week I was really into getting this game and so in the middle of a blizzard while waiting for a bus I quickly ran to the store and purchased it :D It was beautiful, but I only played for a few days and then stopped for reasons I can't remember. I quite enjoyed the game too.

Okami
I actually dedicated quite a bit of time to Okami. However, once I learned how freaken long it was and that the game was basically broken into three large story arcs I became somewhat disengaged. I beat the first story arc and said I'd go back to continue the other two later on but still haven't. The fact Grand Theft Auto 4 and Mario Kart came out just days after did not help.

NiGHTS Into Dreams
I got this on my birthday, but didn't play it much after that.

Zack and Wiki
I actually had a dream about it last night (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I liked the game, but kind of forgot to play it since it was the Christmas season and I got a bunch of other things too.

Grand Theft Auto 4
I really, really tried to play it but I just couldn't. I don't now what it is, but I used to be such a huge fan of the series. The past three games I probably easily spent close to 100 hours playing because I was so hooked. This one I couldn't even unlock the second area of the map.

Alright, I've rambled on for quite a bit now D: I think I'm going to buy yet another game now, in hopes of getting some use out of my new PSP.

Hrrrrm.
The only one I can recall is Super Mario Galaxy. :o
I rented it for a week, got dizzy after an hour, then went upstairs and completely forgot about it until I had to return it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I could never finish Paper Mario for the GC. The final boss thing was insufferable. D: But the Wii one was sooo much easier/better. Beat it three times so far. :D

I've never really finished AWL either, because I have a habit of getting to my third year then accidentally overwriting my data. ;w;

Pretty much all my games are unfinished, besides MKDD, Pokémon games, SPM, and various other simple games.

I've beaten Zelda for the wii once...got my 2nd file to the Twilight realm and stopped.

Mario Galaxy is good but confusing

Nights journey of dreams I was able to get to the boss fight where you face that god and keep dieing...if someone would like to tell me how to defeat him that would be great (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Super paper mario is awesome but the alien lvl in the maze is confusing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) had to look up online how to get through it

The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
I really love the game, and I like how interactive it is. I started playing it, but then I couldn't find my DS. I have it now, but eh...

The Sims 2: Pets DS Version
Like I said, DS went missing.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
I really hate the rewinding thing. It's really, really annoying to play something and have to start again if you don't be the dungeon.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within and The Two Thrones
I just found Warrior Within and between my faulty Playstation 2 and the faulty disc, its just a hassle. That and the Prince's looks change a lot, and as shallow as it is, I can't stand how unattractive they made him. That and Sands of Time couldn't be beat.

Crisis Core is still sitting in the plastic wrap (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I want to play it so badly, but I want to dedicate a lot of time to it. I'm thinking of playing a lot tomorrow D:

I have an even worse habit of quitting right before the final boss T_T. I have finished most of them up now though

Final fantasy 10

I stopped at one of teh final bosses (sin) because I thought he was too hard and when I came back to play the game I started over since I understood nothing since it had been a while.

Final fantasy X-2

Same case here, but my characters were poor underleveled wimps and I am too annoyed to start the game over.

Atelier Iris 2

The final boss pwned me, but I wasn't in the mood to start over, so I tried again. I found out that you have to outlast the final boss moreso than go offensive and beat him.

Paper Mario 2

Same reason as Katie

Pikmin 2

I couldn't find any more treasure at the very last bit of the game, and I wasn't willing to grind for it by selling corpses (not joking). I deleted my file though at some point, so when I decided to finisht the game and grind, it wasn't there.

The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess

I got stuck early on, and am now starting over to finish the game.

Spectrobes

Worst 15 hours of my life. At the last area I quit it.

Final Fantasy 3 (GBDS)

I got bored of this game midway through.

Tao's adventure: Curse of the demon seal

Same as FF3

Now that I think about it, I really haven't finished many of my games DX.

Rune Factory

I don't know, I just didn't play it one day, and never played it again...

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarana of Time

Would have loved to finish this game, but I got stuck in the stupid water temple!!!

The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker

Got tired of sailing around on a ship...

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Water Temple got me again...

Bleach: The Shattered Blade

Stopped playing it one day, but will pick it up again tonight or tomorrow

Final Fantasy IX

Got tired of playing it, plain and simple...

Super Mario Sunshine

One of my favorite games, but it was just too long...

Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition

Got to Chapter Three then stopped, the loading screen killed me...
