Katie's is Dewgong or Seel. It would make sense since Manatees were often mistaken for mermaids by silly sailors.

I was Ash's last Pokemon to be caught in Hoenn, but now I live as my evolved form at the lab. I loved to play with Ash's badges, although I almost lost them once... |

I thought for sure that it was Gorebess, I could see people mistaking it for a mermaid.

OH. Well, it's the Ralts generation, then. :D So like, Ralts or Kirlia, I'd suppose.
