I think a bunch of people are going to the mall tomorrow to get their copies. I was foolish and didn't reserve a copy so I'm not actually expecting to get the game. Doesn't bother me that much, I can wait. I got kind of bored of Melee anyway d:

Well, one of my friends got the call that the game is in for them. It's kind of hard to believe Brawl will be out tomorrow. Suddenly I feel regret in not preordering it myself; I feel somewhat excluded.

Tonight at midnight. Gamsetop's called me twice about it. I'm so effing excited. They said they'd be having some tournament on Sunday, but I have no idea when. :\ Anyway though, I'm picking up my pre-ordered copy tomorrow at some reasonable time. Jeez, now this is an awesome delayed Chritsmas present. <3

Ha! I got third place in the local Brawl tournament and only lost to a guy imported and had the game for two weeks. I got a little toy Luigi for my accomplishment and didn't have to wait in line to get my copy. Go, Lucas!

Oh, then I suppose that answers my question about when the tournament was held. :\ Oh well. I wouldn't have won anyway. So how's the game play, Darth?

Pretty darn good. I've been using the 'chuck and 'mote playstyle thus far, and I'm doing alright. Everything overall seems pretty solid. My only complaint is that recovery as with the 'chuck and 'mote feels near impossible sometimes.

I think while everyone is going down to EBGames to get a copy I'll just head to Futureshop. I checked the site and they do have it in stock :] Just a matter of getting up to go. Somehow I'm not expecting to go to the mall with everyone else to get the game...

And just as a reminder to myself, the store opens at 11 and the bus leaves then too. The returning bus is at :45. It'd be funny if I got the game before everyone else :p

Now I watch the time slowly tick by until I can go off and catch the bus to get Brawl. I'm kind of excited now :] I should be back in a little over an hour with a report :D
