And another note with that roster, I think it is fake because it has a lot of "double" characters in there. Like, why would they add Marth if they got Ike?
The suspense is killing me, though. I wish they'd release more new characters. It's selfish of me, but I just keep on getting surprised by the fighters they put in. First Dedede... Then the Trainer... And now Olimar?? Don't get me wrong, I'm not questioning their choices. I'm just very, very shocked by all the new and unusual fighters they're putting in. It's exciting. |

Because Ike and Marth don't play similar, look similar, or have similar bios. They share blue hair and counter. Even the shade of blue is very different. Ike is a slower, heavier hitter with different mechanics for Up and Neutral B. His Forward B is completely different and, finally, his counter is the one move he shares. His A moves are different too.
At this point however, I'm not so confident at the old "no clones" thing that I don't even remember the source of. To be honest, so long as they change up some move mechanics slightly to make the new face worth it, I don't mind either. |

Not that I really care much about the roster myself in the end anyway. Only thing I think could be considered important enough not to spoil is the story mode, which is supposedly rather big. It also supposedly contains some big ol' Mother 3 spoilers, so I definitely don't want any of that... Oh well. Yay, Ness! Yay, Marth! Yay, Captain Falcon!

Yes, as well as Roy and Dr. Mario. Some rumors have cropped up saying that Roy and Mewtwo will be added to the US and general later versions and be downloadable content for Japan. Keep in mind these are rumors. |
