So I've really taken a hatred to people who wear Pink Floyd t-shirts. At first I wouldn't get one because I didn't consider myself a big enough fan to actually wear them. Now I think those who do are no more than posers trying to look cool for liking Pink Floyd. This one guy in my class regularly wears his Dark Side of the Moon t-shirt very proudly. I can't stand it. I'd love to see what the guy knows about Pink Floyd. Does he listen to Animals? Or did he just think it was cool to show off that he liked Dark Side of the Moon? I like Dark Side of the Moon too, but so what? I don't even think Pink Floyd likes the t-shirts; another reason I wouldn't; they tend to go against their message. The fact they only had one advertisement ever, after which Roger said the bad would never sell out, just goes to show that fact. They're tacky. What do these people really know about the band? And on the subject of the guy in my class, I plain don't like him. He's one of those really egotistical, holier than thou, top of the class students. Yet he wears this t-shirt so proudly to go along with that ego. The friend who got me into the band has their name stitched into his backpack. I know for a fact he's a pretty big fan of the band and that's as far as he seems to go in showing it. (I wouldn't mind getting something like that too.) He seems to enjoy them partly because its something he shares with his father. He also usually listens to the older albums, and his favourite is in fact, Atom Heart Mother. One of the lesser known Pink Floyd albums. (The one with the cow if you're interested.) It's a good album, came a bit before Dark Side of the Moon. I personally love Animals, Wish You Were Here, The Final Cut, and the whatever came after their break up. Yes, I even listen to the solo albums of Roger Waters and David Gilmour. Now I'm saying I'm an almighty fan, I know for a fact that I am not. That's the thing about Pink Floyd, it's hard to even say you're a fan because of the dedication of the much truer fans. I love Pink Floyd, I purchase their albums and am about three away from the whole collection (excluding compilations). But I don't need a t-shirt to show that off. I'm happy with my little pile growing beside my laptop. I'm happy listening to Animals over and over again. I haven't even listened to The Wall or Dark Side of the Moon in a few months. Their time will come, yet I do not need what the sales say are their best work. I appreciate far more from the work outside of those two albums. They're an amazing band, even outside of the band I still think Waters and Gilmour are impressive. On An Island is probably the most beautiful album I have ever heard. Waters is just amazing with his writing and ideas. But I digress. Why the heck did I even write this whole thing? Or forget to include paragraphs? Oh well, maybe someone will read this. But yeah, I hate Pink Floyd t-shirts. Please don't wear them. Thank you.

I actually thought about this question for a bit. At first I was going to say "How the heck would I know?" since you said I couldn't say whatever you want. But it is a bit hard to say at your age or for anyone really. I was tempted to say athletics because of the Tae Kwon Do, but you don't seem to like that much D: Perhaps a more creative field like the arts. I was also going to say Engineering as it popped in my head randomly :]

I made Saffy think!!! :O I like the sound of that, but I'm not so sure.
Why even though I got over the 'situation' everytime she walks by I still get that same feeling? |

Because you want what you can't have, or you have feelings for her still. It's not overly complicated. You were "rejected" and there's still a lingering taste.

Perhaps it entertains her, or she is hopeful.
