I know him since 1st grade~. But I'm not his friend. He hasn't made a OMG SAPPY SAPPY~ love confession, but I've got this feeling he likes me ._. . Blushies and shyness anyone?. But I'm not interesting in him. He's like...one year younger than me. Plus, sometimes he gets really weird moods. He could be a friend, but not something more. Am I right?

I know what you mean. Thankfully it hasn't gotten too deep by the sound of things, so you still have a chance to let him know you're not interested without it being too painful. Don't tell him though as he's probably trying to not be so obvious about it. Ignoring him wouldn't make him feel better though. Just act normal for now? If he says something tell him you're not interested.
