Amazingly I seem to have more interest in the original Harvest Moon games than it. I think dying and waiting around for the spa to open kind of brings it down :\ Heh, maybe I'll go play Magical Melody since I've got the time.

I've still yet to die myself... just start cooking food to recover RP and carry potions at all times. It's just not that big of a deal, really.

I've still to die too, I keep that medication spell handy. And I know when to get out of a cave.

Medication is very useful, the crops actually help a lot too. I just keep the potatoes on my farm so I could get 50 RP back.

I'm gonna take this on the hour-long ride to the Ocean tomorrow. I should get at least 45 minutes in before I stare at the amazing summer beach houses. :)

Pretty much any food has some RP recovery value. You can easily make rice balls and bread without any kitchen tools.

Just go to the bar, buy some rice or flour and go to your kitchen and choose one of them to use. You'll either make, or fail to make, rice balls or bread. Gives a small RP boost, but ups your cooking. So then you can make better food.

The last time I played it was like a week ago. But I finally started playing it again. I played it for 1 day in the game and I stopped and starting reading & studying. It's kinda boring when you have no new dungeon to explore. I beat 2 dungeons in like 1 day last week.

I haven't played it for a while since waiting to be able to go to Mist Bloom cave is boring. Plus school started.

Just bought the game yesterday, and I think it's like the hardest HM game. In my opinion. I'm on Spring 19, cos I kept sleeping at around 3 or 4 everday [there really isnt much to do]. I just finished the first cave, and I'm gonna do that Toros Cave now.

Upgrade your hoe early on. Alot of the time you need to till a BUNCH of soil before you can move on to the next dungeon.

Okk :] What was your swordmanship skill level when you went to Toros Cave? Mine is 8, am I too weak? Or should I just go. |

Swordsmanship and stuff is pretty inconsequential in the long run. Basically, do your day's work and then proceed to stab stuff until you get low on HP and teleport out until you reach a day you can just tear through them in a single combo or so, then take on the boss. It's not necessary to wait that long, but it generally works.
