This is my host brother's university which I went to yesterday. It's very new, and apparently it's the biggest in Japan (I think that's what Masaya said).
They have tiny sized accessories but all the places are huge sized. >:0

This was the bunkei section which also had the cafateria with more yummy ramen.

I'm like, this isn't the countryside, you lier! But I went on a walk with his friend when he had French (He learns English, Italian and French .A.) towards the top of the university which was actually quite empty and filled with trees and all which I haven't seen in a while to be honest. I went and saw Kaze Tachinu (The Wind Rises) today. I didn't understand half of it....I looked up the story when I got home and was like "Aw. That makes sense. ....Awww." I felt all sorts of terribles when the earthquake happened. I'll watch it again sometime with English subtitles.
The movie theatre is lined with just Ghibli movies! Aside from Kaguya Hime, the only one I haven't seen now is My Neighbour the Yamadas (So half my time spent in Japan has been watching Ghibli rented from the store (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) ).

It's half the size of my head (There's probably lots bigger than my head). .0.
I nearly stole these hair accessories! I'd been offer little boxes to hold my stuff in before, but I couldn't see any around so I chucked the hair accessories I was going to purchase in my bag (which made me feel sneaky enough already but no one noticed) because I didn't have hands to try on shoes. I wandered to look at the shoes on display outside, then walked to the shoe store across from it. I had a quick look around before I remembered I walked out of the store with these unpaid for hair accessories and no one noticed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
Ran back and paid for them. I'm a good girl. :3

I have a bad throat. I've been having lots of hachimitsu with milk and water. Luckily I don't have a runny nose, but I lose my voice when I talk too much.

One thing I always love about the Japanese arcades is how many more awesome games they got than we do. I remember being completely mystified when I was in... Las Vegas I think it was? They had an F-Zero AX machine which just blew my mind. I was all "HOW DO THEY NOT HAVE THESE EVERYWHERE?!"

Screw Rush. Screw NFS. I wanted AX machines. And I only have found two in my life. :(

I went bowling yesterday!
I still suuuck! :D
The bowling alley was lined up with engrish all along the walls but the white blended when I tried to take a picture of it. And they didn't have little cute animations of people dancing and aliens and stuff on their bowling screens. I wanted to go play at the arcade but everyone was leaving, so, another time. Their arcade for bowling is funner than ours. T__T

The waitress lady there was nice. She was all like, "Water?" out of nowhere and I answered in my perfect English, "Yes :D" and she had a face like "Yus I Englished so gud >:}" She spoke to me a couple more times and I got her Facebook- I forgot to add her, crud. Doing that now. :0

For some stupid reason I chose Green Day's American Idiot because it was the first song I recognised. Afterwards I was like "This song's so fast and strong and why did I T__T" They all seemed to be more impressed that I could sing the English in time with the song though. On the 23rd, I gave my host mother her flowers in the morning. It was truly a last-minute present success. >:0
I also spoke to the rest of the family on Skype. Her...son's family. They have two younger girls who are really cute. :D

We went to another dinner party. I didn't know we were going to eat - she said it was a concert like last time, but no, it was dinner with a band. We ate lunch an hour before. My food doesn't digest in an hour. T__T It was fun though, just, SO MUCH FOOD. I skipped out on most of the courses again.

Change shitakunai. See how much money I have." Heard ikura and was like, "Ah! Ikura. Ikura oka-" "cheinji?" "THAS NOT WHAT I WANT TO DO" /She clicks the change card to cash button even after I say I want balance

I got a Kyushu Pikachu keychain, bought something because I'd feel bad leaving without buying anything from that store with the nice lady who kept showing me things, and one of those cats with the moving arms.

Overall, I wasn't too pleased with the zoo. A lot of the habitats weren't spacious/actually filled with nature. I'm okay with zoos with they really look after they're animals, make them happy and give them a good space to live in, and a lot of these ones didn't seem like it.

I'm assuming that the state of the habitats is due to a lack of funding. They probably put all of their money towards building and maintaining the most popular exhibits and just do the bare minimum for the rest. It doesn't make it any better, though. The animals stuck in the concrete-walls-and-wooden-planks habitats looks absolutely miserable. :/

I'm not sure what to say, but I'm not really the biggest fan of pop music. It's not like I have a "happy" reaction once their music is stuck in my head again, which is hard to avoid since it's played mostly, well, everywhere, but I don't dislike it - I'm just not fond of it either. The music video doesn't actually have much to do with the song... it's just sort of there. The members of AKB48 aren't allowed to date or maintain relationships with guys, so they can't exactly use guys for this. I figure that it's supposed to go in line with the whole 'personal fantasy' thing. (Though, funny thing is, the song never actually mentions the gender of the person the singer is fantasizing about.) The line I personally find creepy is indeed the "I touch you, I feel you, I hold you in my dreams" line.

It's totally fine if you don't like pop. I like some assorted pop, but certainly not all or even most of it. There are definitely other types of music in Japan. You just have to look for them.

That kinda sounds like dandruff... might try some remedies for that and avoid scratching your scalp when possible. I'm betting that the bleeding is due to your skin being dry and cracked.

They might be able to do something with your hair. Honestly, you might want to try looking up hairstyles and bringing in a picture, so that they don't accidentally go too far, since there's a bit of a language barrier.

There's not much I could think of to do with it. Maybe you could just comb them away or use pins to keep them back for now, until they get a little longer. They look a little too short to do things like this though.
