Hey, I decided to test my scanner on a sketch of Delibird I commissioned at last year's Animazement for a dollar.

Since the scanner decided to WORK so swell, I might actually scan the last few interesting bits of art from the RF art book.

God, I really want to see the movie and I have since it was coming out. Not fair how we only have it playing at two theatres that are both like an hour away from where I live. Thanks Toronto for failing epically. ;_______;

I have to say, much like with the XIII-2 Play Arts figures, Square Enix went all out on presentation. It's just too bad that the game rapes canon like it's going out of style. (Though, for the record, it manages to be hilarious while doing it. I think the best line in the game so far is where you can tell Yuj that he'd look better in Serah's clothes than she does.)

It also has a basic paper cover thing (like you see on DVD boxsets) that has the standard information necessary for game cases.

Inside that is this adorable book-style case. Amano artwork of Lightning is on one side and Caius is on the other.

And here's the setup inside. The pages in the middle have a bit of concept artwork on them, and that is indeed the entire four-disc soundtrack on the right. I'd say that alone is worth the extra ten bucks. (Seeing as the soundtrack alone retails for $30-$50 depending on where you buy.)

The models are my brother, his girlfriend, and my dad. The former two were more than happy to comply with me and let me take their pictures. My dad, though.... he was such a pain in the trumpet, and then when I did manage to take his picture he complained that it was awful because he looked like an old man. >:/ (Though, on the subject of that picture, I need to alter the levels a bit and lighten it up. It's a bit dark.)

The necklace itself! As soon as I was finished taking pictures of it, I put it on. It feels a little weird since I haven't worn a necklace in at least seven or eight years, maybe longer, but I don't care. It's awesome. I'm happy. It was worth the money I spent on it.
