I am friends with Romana and Cody (they turn their heads towards me) and they say I get the music sheet and painting from them yet I can't seem to get it. I go into their houses when they are there and I even try to get Romana when she is sitting down but no gifts. Am I doing something wrong?

Has Romana started talking to you about the history of the valley? If not, just keep giving her gifts. Cody doesn't give you anything (other than the strange sickle) until Chapter 4, and it is not a painting, it is a piece of metal artwork that goes in your house.

Yeah Romana started talking to me about the history of the valley the first time I talked to her in Chapter 3. But I still haven't gotten the gift from her.

I thought it was Lumina who gave you the sheet music. Or did they change that in the Special Edition?

They changed it in Special Edition, I know for a fact she has to be in her room for her to give it to you.

I also have another question. Why does my daughter always seem to have her head down when she walks and say sometime she wish she was smarter?

Also any tips on how to make her a musician? She's Nami's daughter and apparently has a high interest and skill in art but I want her to be a musician. I mean I wouldn't mind her being an artist but that seems to be expected of her in this game and I don't want to go an easy road.

I brought her to the mansion and Gustafa's yurt a lot in chapter two and introduced her to Gustafa and Romana and Lumina everyday and I gave her the tumtum Gustafa gave me (she accepted it). I'm going to give her the music sheet when I get it but I need to know what else I can do to push her towards musician rather than art.

That's about all you can do.

In regards to your first question, Nami's child is somewhat depressed when it become the youngster stage, and stays depressed through Chapters 4 and 5 as well. She will become un-depressed when you reach Chapter 6.
