^I have the same problem!

Apparently you have to ACTUALLY SPEND MONEY to add friends.

You guys can add me, though. It works when I'm receiving a request, just not when I'm sending one. My username is About99Balloons, but you COULD try About99Ballons (lol I made a typo when I was signing up.. FAYUL.)

My video card isn't good enough to run the game but I'll keep it just in case I do upgrade or it just suddenly works...

But I can add people just fine and I barely played a no go TF2. And haven't bought anything...

I'm MindMaster83, if anyone wants to add me but I'm barely on Steam anymore.

I got fustrated with the game... even after I set up my microphone to let others know what I m gonna do every one was acting like noobs! Gosh darnit if I UBERCHRAGE A HEAVY HE SHOULD GO FU** SOME SHI* UP! NO he runs around wasting the ubercharge!
