Does anyone have any ideas how to have a pet rabbit in a unit with a small balcony, but hidden? so I could hide it from the real estate people if there's an inspection??

Keep the rabbits in cages when not in use and off load them to parents of friends in the event of inspection.

I'm not sure how you could hide the smell, but I guess you could make a cage unit on the balcony and cover it up with a tablecloth.
