I just noticed that he and Juslyn have the same color pendents... what if Masked Man is Juslyn's husband and she came looking for him after he got possessed by some evil power!?

Oh my gosh!!!!! He/She is the coolest. I was afraid he/she wouldn't be as awesome in the actual game. But I was wrong! Yay for finally having an awesome villain. He/She better not be. Juslyn is lame and so is her husband >:(.

You play as Azel(the boy) at the beginning of the game and throughout the main story, after you beat the main story you can play as Sonia(the girl) or continue playing as Azel.

Wait I thought earlier in this topic it said that you got to choose half way through the game?

I found out that they added Sonia late in game development, which means she is just an add on!

Oh well then I have no idea when you get to play as Sonia ^_^'. I certainly hope it is not at the end of the plot. Well I guess you had to wait til the end of RF1 to woo Lynette. And I would still be happy to woo Azel/Sonia even if it took that long before I could even give gifts.

But I wonder if you befriend the guys while still as Azel if that counts toward their affection for you when you play as Sonia. Or if you have to woo them from scratch. I would imagine if it was real life they wouldn't have any affection since she is a different person than Azel. But since this is a video game LP/FP points could just stay the same even after you switch characters.

Chrono's shop is Elena's shop, her golem runs it for her. It's kinda like the blacksmith shop.
Bathhouse is free, but you can only use it once a day.
Clinic is located at the church. In addition, the chapel is located outside of the church.
The last thing they show is the Sacred Shrine. It is located at the highest point on the island Finisu, you pay money as an offering to the dragon god/ideal/elder (this is where I get confused) to make him give you special items and/or make the monsters easier to fight? It's a little expensive, but if you do have enough money you should make offerings. Experiment!
I'm still confused as to what it says about the Sacred Shrine, but at least it kinda makes sense.

And, the town residents react to weather changes, such as rain or snow.

I found out that there aren't any love points in the game until you choose who you want to play as for the rest of the game. So, that's how that all works.

Oh, and you have to buy cookies for your monsters from Bismarck and Sara's shop, and if you don't have any cookies then the monsters won't work on the crops.

Okay now I really hope it is only half way though til you get Sonia back. Having to wait until the plot is over to woo Anyone would be awful (IMG:style_emoticons/default/weirdsmile.gif) . Unless, if were friends with say Elena and choose to be Azel would her FP turn into LP or start over?

I really only looked at one video, I don't like to let on too much about the game before I buy it, unless I can't help myself.
Is this what Frontier looks like? Does it seem like it has the same feel of gameplay? I only have RF1 and RF2 now, so....

Umm. Same kinda graphics in the world itself, but it's more clean... If that makes sense.

And when you talk to the characters, their portraits are 3D like they are in game, rather than the official art for them like we're used to. :]

Jeezness. D: I'd much prefer having portraits for dialogue than those models. Really, I'm not all too impressed by the way all the models look, so it's kind of disappointing for me to have to see them everywhere.

I've really gotten used to the models after seeing so many videos. But I wonder Sonia would look like as a portrait while being see through (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) . I think Joe is the only person who's 3D models I really don't like. Just because his hair looks so weird and I still don't like his motions. But I do hope they use portraits in RF4 (please make an RF4 <3).


The thought of having to wait an entire year for this to come out is horrifying (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif) .

The openings have really grown on me. Sonia's still seems like the opening to a TV show but I like both of em. Azel and Sonia are so co cute.

Nope, there aren't any ending/marriage videos out. That person has the farthest of anyone's videos so she (I don't really know, the person uses a lot of hearts and musical notes so I think it is a girl) is your best bet. The game has only been out for one week so I am certainly glad no one has been able to beat it yet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) .

The person doing the videos has already beaten three out of four dungeons, and they just opened the late dungeon. They have met all of the villagers except Candy and Tabatha, and they are in year two. So I'm thinking they are almost done with the mean storyline.
Masked Man is confusing, I just want to know who he/she is already!

That's why I hate people with masks, they always change their personality when they don't have their masks on.

I'm pretty sure they are in year two, because one video the town was Winter and in the next one it was Spring.
The plot looks nice and long, but you have to remember it's the first play-through.
