I'm glad you can translate some text, BunnyChan. I'm not very good at translating and sometimes I mis-translate things.
Anyway, Chrono's shop is Elena's shop, her golem runs it for her. It's kinda like the blacksmith shop. Bathhouse is free, but you can only use it once a day. Clinic is located at the church. In addition, the chapel is located outside of the church. The last thing they show is the Sacred Shrine. It is located at the highest point on the island Finisu, you pay money as an offering to the dragon god/ideal/elder (this is where I get confused) to make him give you special items and/or make the monsters easier to fight? It's a little expensive, but if you do have enough money you should make offerings. Experiment! I'm still confused as to what it says about the Sacred Shrine, but at least it kinda makes sense. And, the town residents react to weather changes, such as rain or snow. |

I agree with Crystal Skull. I'll admit I enjoy the thought of the villagers braving through the rains of a hurricane, but it's not very realistic. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Hey it said they "reacted" to weather. That doesn't mean they still won't go out in the storm and brave the elements (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) .
The new screen shots look good. I'm super exctied for this game (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaevil.gif) . |

I'm glad they will react, even if it's just them talking about the weather.
Does anyone know who the girl is, who is looking at the shelves in Bismarck's shop? (IMG:http://www.mmv.co.jp/special/game/runeoceans/system/images/guide_img03.gif) Is it a faceless person like in RF:3? |

It could be.
It's definitely not Sarah's twin. Because genetically, that really makes no sense... |

Well whoever the girl in the pink skirt is she really interests me.
Bismarck is Sarah's twin, they just aren't identical twins... in fact I don't think they are really related. Too bad for the lack of islanders. |

Wha? I thought it was official that Sara and Bismarck were related.
Anyways what's with the arrow over Bismarck's head? And I can't tell who that person is, but it could still end up being a character we already know . I no longer assume anyone is new. Sara still creeps me out (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) . |

That is some serious case of fraternal twins.

QUOTE Wha? I thought it was official that Sara and Bismarck were related. They are related, but because of how they look next to each other it's kinda hard to believe. The arrow above Bismarck's head is so you can talk to him from afar. And I'm pretty sure it's just a faceless person. Sarah isn't even on my list of peoples who you can marry. Thankfully someone on the gamespot forums translated the island tour page and some Q&A's. In the first set of pictures you can see the bar of the town (this is also where your "house" is at the beginning). First floor is the bar area and the second floor are the rooms. Sometimes guests will come and you can hear interesting stories (I don't know what that means in game terms as it's not specified). You can also see Lily play the guitar at night. In the second set of screens you can see the shops. You can now haggle but if you are too persistent the price might go up. Bismark or Sara will be at the counter, but sometimes Electra will be working part time. There is a shrine where you can pray to get information or items. The more you pay the more you get. On the screenshot 1)info on the surrounding islands 500 gold 2) info on the inhabitants of the main island 1000 gold 3) something about playing at other places (warp? I'm not sure if I am reading it right) 3000 gold 4) increase item drops from enemies 5000 gold Questions: 1) that person says they preordered for both Wii and PS3. As for his question, he asked if you can bring your married partner with you to go exploring. You can't, but you can bring up to 3 monsters with you. 2) The guy is interested in Pandora and asks how to get her. Since it's not a walkthrough, the director doesn't provide much detail but "it only takes a bit of time" and there are conditions that need to be satisfied. SPOILERS about story and one of the marriage candidates. Spoiler:
Ymir shows up a day after you meet everyone on the island. Mikoto DOES have a swimsuit. |

Spoiler: I knew she would go to the beach =3=. Maybe she goes after everybody realizes that she really is a girl. I wonder how well the arrow thing will work. Sounds like it could end up being annoying if not done right. Well that's cool you can get those little things by giving offerings to the dragon. But it will be awhile in the game before I pay that much for something (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) . |

Maybe that arrow thing is like Ocarina of Time. 8D
I like all the features so far. Let's hope Natsume don't change them too bad. |

I'm pretty sure the arrow will work kinda like Zelda games do, but not is well since you can't look-on to things in Oceans.
I'm worried we won't get Oceans until late next year because Xseed has their hands full with translating already, and Natsume still has to translate HM:Twin Villages (unless they see what a waste of time it is). |

It will be so sad to have to wait until next year for RFO (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif) .
But good things come to those who wait. All we can do is hope it doesn't take as long as RF3 did -_-. |

Actually, I semi-hope it does.
RF3 is pretty glitch and typo free, as far as I've seen. :3 As long as they produce something good with the long wait, and not just push it back over and over and it still has typos when it comes out, I don't mind as much. |

I want Natsume to talk as long as they can with Oceans, longer time amount = better game.
So four days until we get to see the openings, or at least Azel's opening. I came across these blogs that were written by the peoples who got to play the demos and almost all of them didn't like the combat, camera, or lack of farming... in fact they all said the game was at best okay or normal. |

I think it's technically three days, isn't it? 1 + 3 = 4?
Hmm... Well, I think everyone has their own opinion. Personally, to me, the fighting system looks easier. I welcome that, as I'm never good at the fighting aspect of games. I'm STILL trying to beat the last boss in RF3. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) ; In general, though, I think I prefer the Wii versions. I liked RFF because I could FEEL what was going on, like sorta an extension of myself. Whereas the DS games... It just feels different, ya know? Ah, here I go rambling. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) Point being I'm going to give it a shot. I don't think I'm going to dismiss it just because some reviewers didn't like it. I for one look forward to the crop wand thingie. It looks interesting, and it's something new. |

Yeah technically it's three days.
I think the mean reason they didn't like the combat was because of the camera. But I'll have to see some gameplay first. My sister had a heck of a time trying to beat RF:3's boss, she said it was to hard for such a stupid character lol. I like Frontier over all the other RF's, better story, no odd characters, and the voice acting was nice. I'm trying to find out if the contract between Marvelous and X-Seed has been terminated, but I can't find anything on it. |
