Well since theres a new PSP2 coming out (with what there saying is graphics as good as the PS3) then Im not going to spend my money on a $250 Ds when I can get a PSP2 for the same price probably.
Im probably going ot get neither but I just dont think its worth me spending $250.

I'll probably get it when they start releasing the good stuff, like OOT, the new Paper Mario, etc

I'm pretty sure that it's confirmed that it's going to be like the first two games

Super Paper Mario wasn't a bad game. Don't get me wrong, it's nowhere near as good as the first two games, but it's still a good game and I would still recommend it. Though I could see some people not liking it at all

I thought Super Paper Mario was forgettable. It was fun, though, but nothing I'd like to revisit.

yeah, for the most part, those are my sentiments. It was fun, but very disappointing when compared to the other Paper Mario Games. I'll probably play through it again sometime though, cause I remember that it has some of the funniest dialogue out of all the Mario RPGs.

Uh. Guys. Australian money is worth less than American money. (At least it was last I checked.) That's why everything seems more expensive over there. However, even with the exchange rate in mind, $60 for a DS game is ridiculous. :/

Also, if their money were worth more that means they'd be paying more than double what we are for video games. D:

Yeah, that's what I was wondering while reading through all this. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Hmm...considering the fact that the games that I'm mainly interested in (OoT, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and HM) aren't gonna be out for a while...I'm probably gonna hold off on adding the 3DS to my birthday list. :\ Especially since my main focus is OoT and MK, and since OoT won't be out til after June, and my birthday's in May...:\ It'd seem like a waste, ya know?

Also, I borrowed some Paper Mario game for the Wii from my friend and...I found it excruciatingly boring. :|

Yeah Zenny, I'm also thinking about holding off. Maybe that way there will be more color options or a special Zelda DS design or something...

And yes, the Wii Paper Mario really took away what Paper Mario is all about.

I hated that they took out the turn-based fighting in Super Paper Mario, but I still like the game. I agree with the most of you, just not as great as the first two (Or, just the first in my case..... *Wants to by Thousand-Year Door of Ebay so badly*).

I'm glad they're going back to it in the new Paper Mario. Though it still sounds a little different, the fighting. I forget the differences..... And no more pixls! Didn't hate them, but I preferred my party. <3

My gosh I love the Paper Mario games. I only did the first chapter of Super Paper Mario though. The same thing happened with Twilight Princess. I saw the entire game watching my siblings. So I didn't want to play it myself. But it is really fun. And if I didn't already have a bunch of games I'm trying to play I was go father in my file. Anyways I am definitely looking forward to a new one of those.

I want OoT sooo much. I hope they make more Link games available. They should do a combo game with a few different Zeldas. That would be great (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaevil.gif) .

Eh. The Ocarina of Time port doesn't really interest me. I mean, ######, I already have the game for both Nintendo 64 and Gamecube. Why do I need it for a third system? I'd much rather they either port A Link to the Past (either redone in HD or at least done in full-SNES quality) or do a complete overhaul of Zelda II and make it not suck. Or, better yet, they could make a new Zelda game that isn't cell-shaded and Windwaker-based. >:/

I have it for both systems and I still want to get it for the 3DS (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) .

I loved Windwaker :<. But actually I didn't like the DS games very much. So I would like a new DS game Zelda game that keeps me interested long enough to beat it.

I have yet to beat Link to the Past either. I started a file and never finished it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) . I really need to start beating all those Zelda games.

I seem to have the same problem with beating Zelda games. I get distracted by something else when I'm halfway through the game, then whenever I get back to playing those games I start all over because it's been such a long time since I started. That process usually repeats itself a lot.

I have finished all the Zelda games 'cept Zelda 2 and the Gameboy ones though. The CDi zeldas don't count not matter how much you tell me that they're "what all true warriors strive for"

I own Ocarina on the Gamecube too. If they end up changing it some, I may buy it. After a very long period of time. Very long period.

I need to finish a Link to the Past and Spirit Tracks. Still at the end for both. Luckily I didn't stop before the very last boss. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Yeah, I don't think I'll be wanting to get the 3DS version of OoT. I've played the game so many times. I have the Gamecube version of it, that's good enough for me. Maybe after a long time I might get it. Maybe.

Sooo from what I've seen it looks like the average is price per game is 40.00$ (at least that's how much the games are going for on Gamestop). I guess that isn't terrible. But forty dollars is still a lot of money especially since there are so many games to get (IMG:style_emoticons/default/emot-gonk.gif) .

While we are on the topic of OoT- I shall pick it up for the primary reason I haven't really experienced that game- well I have- but I've only played till the adult timeline. It's an enjoyable game- which I'm hoping to see in 3D.

As for pricing of games. American wise- I can't say if it will drop down from the $40 point to the $30 point. But Australian wise- we used to have the Xbox games at $120 at launch- and it soon dropped to $100 or less. Same as with the DS- where some publishers had it at $80 and it dropped to $70 or $60. I can't see the $80 mark holding up either. So I can see that been the current price for our DS games regardless.

I guess it's a good thing for Tyler that all of those games don't come out at the same time...

Animal Crossing 3DS seems like it is going to be interesting. New body shape for the crossers, and the player is actually going to be mayor!
