Hello everyone :3
I just wanted to drop a few lines about the beta test version :3 Bokumono PC I still haven't played it yet (maintanence). But I just browsed over the game guide :3 For now it seems to look a little bit a like this: You can direct the Harvest Sprites around and they will do things on the farm for you. There also seems to be a mean one, that messes with stuff (but only a shadow is visable (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) ) As in all other HM games you can have cows, sheep, chicken. There are also shadows of other animals (like mules, alpacas, horses and...something like a fluffy pig O_o) I don't now...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) It's mentionend on the side that the goods and animals will grow in steps (like in all Havest Moon games) and when you harvest you gain good and also Experience for your farm. You have this Sprite House which needs to be leveled up to fit more sprites that help you. To expand things you need money as well as wood and stone~ the litte gnomes will be so kind to help you with this task as well :3 As last point - there seems to be something like a quest mode - so if you pass this you gain money, exp or other stuff This was a brief overview about the Beta-page. :3 More things will come when I managed to play the game once :3 I try to post pictures as soon as I can! |

The art is so cute. I wonder if this game will ever be out in English. Although I highly doubt I would play it either way. Still it's pretty cool that they're making this. Thanks for the information. Helpful as always :3.

'ello 'ello
it's been ages since I posted (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) sorry~ university kept me busy~ my new hobby as well anyway~ some news about the Harvest Moon online game~ It's open to anyone now :3 so you can play - still I highly advice to know some japanese, as it will make things way easier *nods* So far it is really fun :3 It works mostly like other farming games. A first similarity is that there is a certain amount of time needed for things to develop. For example turnips need two minutes while an apple tree needs three steps each 20 minutes. Same goes for cutting trees or stone-work big trees need more steps to be taken down and broadleaf trees need more time then needle beams (are those the right words??? *confused*) Furthermore, you get experience for everything you plant, buy, harvest or do in general - with this your level raises and you can unlock quests. Those are needed to unlock seeds or animals. they are not too hard...mostly they take time :3 As I wrote somewhere already, you have an island where your fields, animals and deko-stuff is placed. You are able to visit other island and "help" there. If you klick on things like fields or animals the other person might get a time bonus or the level of the object will rise. You can help friends five times and normal players three times a day. What is different then? Well, you have little Harvest Sprite that do the work for you - only problem is, that their number is limited. As conclusion the actions you can do is limited as well. With solving quests your are able to unlock more and more Harvest Sprites. To fit them all you have to be careful to upgrade their home on a regular basis. If animals or trees are fully developed a Harvest sprite won't be needed anymore - but you can still harvest them. If you plant or buy or take care of crops and animals ther personal level will also rise. If you plant lot's of turnips the turnip-level will rise, if you have many chickens the chicken-level will rise. I have yet to find out what it means if the level of a crop or animal has risen. Maybe they will grow faster or the quality will be better and with this you earn more money.... So far - if you have questions which I haven't covered yet - feel free to ask :3 I will give my best to fight against the japanese language to find you the answers! |

I can't read Japanese either. But even if I could I wouldn't be able to play this game. Because my siblings are always on the computer. Thanks for the info though.

I give my best :3
what I forgot to mention~ There are super-duper new animals - pigs. I haven't unlock them yet, so I can't tell what exactly you are doing with them...but I hope I can tell you soon. Also, as for many other online games there is the possibility to buy special "money" for the game, to get special items. In the case of Harvest Moon it is something called "Star points". I will not buy them :P so this a point where I probably won't be able to help you ^^ I try to post a list as soon as possible of the things you can buy and stuff.... |

What could the pigs be used for? Maybe they find special items or something for you.
I never bought special money in any online game I've played, so if I ever get to play this I won't be getting any Star points. Thank you for giving us the info, I hope I'll get to play this game one day. I can't wait for the list. |
