There's a lot of stuff you have to do before you can get married, including having to complete the main story. I usually get married before the storyline is over, so maybe it's just me...

Well, maybe the developers wanted to atone for the tediousness of courtship in previous installments *coughmei**sneezealicia* Besides, apart from usual relationship grinding the hardcore gamers can now grind to pump up all the accessible villagers to the maximum. Some of them would be FUN to walk with when they're at level 9999 and sporting the latest trend weapon you gave them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/emot-iia.png)
The only difficulty with Sofia is that sometimes it isn't very clear how to revert the words she uses, even if they're highlighted. And the one who makes it worse is actually Micah - when he tries to adapt to her way of speech (she even chided him for that once), and then it goes down to answering questions... oh my. I'm going to end up having nothing to do but wake up do requests then go back to sleep. Because by the time I finish everything else like befriending everyone and beating the plot I'll still have a zillion requests to do.

I don't mind the story's length, and I also have yet to beat RF (Autumn of year 1, Clemens, single) and RF2 (autumn of year 1, waiting to attend at least some weddings - depending on how much patience I'll exert there). There is also RFF, and by the time I beat'em'all (lol) I' pretty sure that RFO will arrive overseas, and RF4 will be out in Japan. Sometimes catching up late to the series provides you with plenty to do. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
I want to try all the weddings here, but that's gonna be tough this time, since that involves a whole dungeon to beat each time... And I'm still at a loss about a bride. Yeah...about me and Carmen, well she really exactly what I wa expecting, so I reset my game back before I proposed to her and instead I proposed to Pia! It was great cause it was raining and she was in her mermaid form, at the flower field. I ended up liking her more after I did a few of her requests. I guess I just have this thing for half-human bachelorettes. Although I'm not really seeing much in Kuruna...

Anyways, 20 days after being married to Pia she announced she was pregnant. She asked the typical question: "boy, girl, or either" I'm choose a boy. Wonder how long it's gonna take for the baby to be born???

Well you know I uhh beat the second boss ^_^'. But I have a ton of LP/FP with people. The only one who doesn't have five hearts or more is Zaid. Because I couldn't talk to him since he just kept bringing up the errand.

Now I can befriend him faster. The boy child looks kinda like Rusk. I like the girl child better myself. But I won't stay married long enough to have one.

Yeah... I like a girl more myself. And she's voiced by Ami Koshimizu (aka Mist in RF aka Holo in Spice & Wolf) to boot... oh wait, no longer the case with the US version. Well, she's still cute.
It is funny how Kyle and Micah are deemed as too feminine-looking, but there's always a character around who beats them in that aspect. Rusk in RF3... A whole bunch in RF2: Ray, Max and - to rule them all - Leonel... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
Me, I'm just messing around with the Japanese save file. Although my name got wiped out (and even Mei can't do anything about it), the rest plays smoothly, so I'm just looking around and experimenting. I still hope to beat RF (and - maybe - RF2) before I sit down at this seriously. To pits with all the spoilers, I won't mind re-experiencing the story again.
Btw, I've beaten the fourth dungeon boss in Sharence Maze, but no new stages so far. Story-wise, I'm fresh after beating Sol Terrano - maybe you actually have to progress in the story to access new mazes.

Hmm I think I changed my mind. Now I like the boy child more. Shino is for sure some kind of retired fighter. Sakuya was telling me her mom used to do something "dangerous" but stopped before saying what it was.

Save points are my best friend. I am definitely a virtual pimp (in Animal Parade when people asked why I named my character Pim I told them it because that's one letter away from pimp (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) ). I am working on wooing and temporarily marring each girl. I have all of them at seven LP or more.

It depends entirely on your weapon
I mean at first my wooly is stronger than my human weapon form. But in the end I beat Aquaticus with human form
Cos my shine blade does 400-600 damage non-critical per hit

So does anyone remember that topic I made about Mei and Yue both being in this game? Well I was looking up some stuff and found someone on Fogu translated some information from Rune Factory Official Memoirs. There was some stuff about Mei. So does anyone know how to do the spoiler cover thing? Because I can't figure out how but I don't want to ruin it for people who don't want to see.

I haven't met Yue or Mei. At least in the Japanese version both those characters were in the game. I think Mei let's you change your name or something. When did you meet Yue?

I still can't figure out their schedule. Mei appears relatively seldom, but Yue visits the inn almost every other day in my case, if not oftener.

Oh my friggin gosh. The Flea Market is the greatest/cheapest thing Ever! At Carlos's stand I paid 500G for an item that is worth over 40,000G! And then I traded Marjorie a Curry Rice for an item worth even more then the item I got from Carlos. Plus Pia, Rusk, and Collete were all selling cooked dishes and a lot of them had a large profit over what I paid for them. And Karin just gave me three Cabbages for nothing. So since I already made a bunch of great deals I went ahead and wasted this Ultimate Curry I got on something I didn't need. A Love Potion. It is already really easy to gain friends, but some of the dialog is just too funny. So Now I'm just going around giving it to random people and seeing what they say (I have to reset each time, but it is still funny). What is up with Shara's little sister's stand (I forgot how to spell her name)? I finally beat her five times and she just bit me. Is that really all the secret special prize is?
