"First Year Experience". And, for now, I'm just taking general psychology. I'll take Statistics for Behavioral Psychology in the spring. My classes don't really take off (or for that matter, get specialized) until sophomore year. I might start a few sophomore classes in summer, though, so that would be good. :D

OH! Yeah, duh. I had to do intro to psych as well in order to do the rest of the psych classes. Just started diving into them this year (sophomore year).
I'm taking stats now and it's actually not half bad. I thought I was done with any form of math, but guess not. Let me know if you need help with that when you get there. :D

And take Social Psychology! It's an amazing class. You learn A LOT.

It is. I'd just be happy being in the house for a week straight. Annnd...my fingernails are brittle, so they usually break off. After that, I file them so they looks half way decent.

1.Well...I'd like to see Jerusalem, but considering the situation, I guess 'no.' I'd rather not be an "accidental" casuality.
2. Absolutely. Jesus was called "King of the Jews" and he was of the House of David, so unless some serious mixing of the races occured in his geneology, I can't imagine him being anything other than Middle Eastern looking.
3. Well, from what I understand, Freud's background was primarily Jewish. Assuming he wasn't Messianic, I assume he had no opinion. If anything, he probably thought Jesus had his good points, but Dr. Freud was quite a liberal mind, so I don't think he bought into the whole philosophy of Christ, but I could be wrong.
4.Yes. *wants to steal name*
5. Pink ties. Cardigans reminds me of Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. He was a nice guy and all, but I wouldn't say he the most fashionable guy.
6. Cravat. Bow ties are a bit weird.
7. I'm fond of Victorian and Edwardian fashion. I want to be married in a high-collared, Victorian-style, white gown. :3

Who?- Oddly enough, I find Freud quite amusing. While his "sexuality" beliefs were a bit odd, I do like some of the psychoanalytic stuff. I also am greatly impressed by B.F. Skinner. The guy had some really cool experiments. And finally, I was thoroughly impressed with the writings of Freudian psychologist Dr. Cornelia B. Wilbur. Actually, I could ramble on and on and on with non-contemporary psychologists, but I won't.

What?- "Ze man must have been ze eunuch. Or ze frou." Haha, really, though, I don't have a clue. Probably something along the lines of "He had a great ability to repress his sexual desire which is the result of great pressure put upon him by his parents."

When?- I think it will be a catastrophic event revolving around a great fire. Where as I do believe it is divine, I also believe that said Divinity will use the power of nature to bring it about.

Where?- Well, scientists and Biblical scholars both seem to concur in saying that Mesopatamia is the "cradle of civilization", so I figure that it was probably around there. On the other hand, it could have been a fabrication of perfection that was lost after the fall.

Why?- Well, you must've worked pretty hard on the previous questions, so maybe your brain is tired? :)

Obviously Jesus has an Oepidus Complex on a transcendental scale.
And the earliest civilizations appear to have been in Mesapotamia, but Homo Sapiens is thought to have originated in Ethiopia then migrated 'round the world. If Adam and Eve are supposed to be a metaphor for the first humans it'd make sense to say they came from there before "multiplying and filling the earth".
Also, how would a great, natural fire work? Did you take it from biblical references or does it seem like the most plausible way for the earth to be destroyed? 'cause that seems pretty impossible as even a pseudo-natural occurance unless you mean when the Sun expires, which will be in a very very very long time and we'll either be extinct by then or moved to another solar system.
Also how do you feel about Carl Jung? And if you're interested in psychoanalysm then I recommend Jacques Lacan, who was a very influential psychoanalyst and philosopher as well as being more recent and more scientific in his methods.

Ahh, I didn't know that. Perhaps, then, they could have their origins in Ethiopia. I really didn't think of much before civilization began. It would make more sense that the garden of Eden would be there...
Biblical references. I guess the reference to fire could be just a term meaning 'ultimate destruction' I guess it's supposed to be similar to the great deluge, but of course, without water.
I know a little bit about Carl Jung, but I'm still collecting information about him, so I can't really say. Also, I'll check this person out.
This will probably get me a good reaction---I've yet to find a tea I've truly liked.

It was a joke. Although I can certainly imagine why you'd be jealous of your daddy in those circumstances.
Lacan is really quite neat, though it might be worthwhile to first check out his contemporaries, like Sartre and Camus. They're also generally a lot more entertaining to read.

That's weird, my fingernails are the same. They're very thin and I can bend them slightly, which freaks my mom out because her fingernails are the exact opposite. I also have waves in my fingernails, which I hate because that's supposed to mean arthritis, yippy. But I hate when I file my fingernails because they're so soft it's so uncomfortable. I never clip them though because I've heard it's not good for your nails. I clip my toenails though, I'm not bothered to use a file for them haha.

How has college changed how much you go online?
