That seems very confusing, your school system, what is "college" for over there, like what is the difference between college and university?
Since college/university here is after you turn 18 and college often is more hands on whereas university is if you want to study fancy stuff and usually takes much longer.

In Britain:

Sixth-form college (16-18) = where you take A-level qualifications in about four subjects or so
University (18+) = where you take a degree in something

There's currently a high risk of terrorist attack in Britain and parts of northern Europe. Those crazies.

I like how these terrorists target tourist attractions and public transportation where they only will kill innocent people and people from other countries, it's not like you're going to kill anyone important from the government by blowing up a tourist attraction. If you had to choose to go without tv or books, which would you choose?

You hardly needed to ask that. I hardly use my television at all now that I can watch the news online and run DVDs on my computer. And I spend at least a couple of hours or so reading every day.

Are you ever going to finish your theory?

Don't have time to concentrate on it properly at the moment. Probably, the first chance I'll get to do some proper research on it will be when I go to study philosophy at University, if I decide to write my thesis on it or something.
It will definately require a lot of hard research before it's anywhere near finished. I need to sort out the framework by studying philosophy so that I can make sure that my thinking is entirely logical, and make studies of similar ethical theories like Buddhism and various forms of utilitarianism. After that, I need to study political & business sciences, and study political philosophy. Part of the ideas I've had is that personal ethics (while highly subjective) differ from state ethics, each with their own meaning of right and wrong, their own sets of responsibilities, etc. I'll need a lot of background knowledge to develop this.
So yeah, there's a lot to go before I can finalise my theories and start writing a book. As it stands I'm just making notes as I go along, and jotting down various ideas. It's definately in its initial stages~

What is the second language in Britain? Like, Canada's second language is French, US is Spanish, I'm just wondering since you guys are so close to so many other countries that speak a different language that I wondered what it would be for Britain.

Basic French is compulsory for a few years, then you can stick with it or pick Spanish or German. Then you get the option of carrying them on into qualifications. I've spoken French fairly fluently since I was little, so I took all my exams ages ago and spent the free lessons chillaxin'

Here you start taking French from grade 4 {probably around 10 years old} til grade 9 {14 years old} and you have to pass grade 9 french and then you never have to take it again if you don't want to. Then it's your choice to do any language after that, but my elementry school was terrible at teaching us French so I hardly remmeber anything and was shocked that I pass grade 9 french lol. I really wish I did learn it better though as it helps out so much for jobs or traveling.

What's the population of your city? Are they crowded together or is it spread out? Does that make sense haha?

The word partner over here is mostly just used for homosexual couples, but the past couple weeks I've heard on British shows etc where straight men say, "I moved there with my partner." and things along those lines, is it used over there for people that are in long-term relationships that aren't married or is it used for every kind of couple instead of boyfriend or girlfriend?

What chores do you do around your house?

Well, I suppose I do all my own stuff like laundry and washing up, and occasionally other people's as well. But I don't have regular chores or anything, it's more like just doing stuff that needs it.
