It's a good fake, but I hate it when people pull crud like this. It's horrible to try to trick people like this. =/

I read on Bulbagarden that the only Pokemon available before you get the national dex are going to be Isshu region Pokemon. This gives me hope that there will be no/few pre/post-evolutions. I am SO happy. =3

Yes, I can confirm what Crystal said. You only get to encounter NEW Pokemon! How cool. And I agree 100% with the concept. I don't want to go back to older Pokemon, I want to try newer ones.

There's like an entire sub-species of round-cheeked rats running around.

Aaaanyway. It very much looks like a flying version of a Pachirisu to me. That could just be the coloring and generic rodent look. It makes me sad that it'll be beside Zapdos as the only other flying/electric type. The fire monkey pre-evo just looks pitiful.

Pikachu-esque Pokemon are one of the necessities of Pokemon. Like the rodent-based HM slave and the pitifully easy-to-catch bird.
I really like this one, though. I like flying squirrels. =3
