Silver Leaf Resort. I think my parents bought one thing from them years ago, and they never came through with it, and now they keep bugging her. She wrote them a letter and is sending it. If they continue, she'll contact the Better Business Bureau (I've no idea what that is, btw. I guess it's their head honcho boss?).
