(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) You can be born in the USA and still not have English be your first language. Your parents should have taught you Chinese first, since they know it better! Well, at least you do know it. How is it? Hard to learn?

And you only get deported from Arizona if you don't have legal status. You can be born in another country and still have citizenship here.

@oscar: my family is Cantonese - they do not have a phonetic alphabet. It's like trying to learn English without the ABCs or phonics. And in Chinese inflection changes the meaning of the word.

the default if you don't have you paperwork on you in arizona, (like you lif you eft your wallet at home - law takes effect on July 27), is to process you as if you were illegal.

Oh! What an interesting language. So it's pretty difficult to learn, huh?

Yep, if you don't have anything to prove you are legally able to be here, then you get arrested.
Hmm, are you okay with this law?

I'm not okay with it either. It's so stupid, but I think Obama might take this law down; he's already trying to.

Well, other states might follow, ya know.

Can you come up with a rhyming little song/poem right now?
