I'm happy she has eyes that aren't brown. It seems like the HM games I always end up playing, she has brown eyes. x-x And people talk about people with purple eyes, but I've never seen it. Ever. D;

I usually care more about the hair being brown since that's more common. Though I guess it doesn't really matter what the main people look like I just always notice when they have brown hair again.

*Sigh* I don't like the way Sage looks with pink hair in her in-game portait.

Neither do I. She looks so much better with purple hair. I don't really care, though, since I don't usually pay much attention to the special candidates.

I usually tend to aim for the harder characters in the game. Which would mean the special candidates. X'q

Whenever I get a Harvest Moon I always try to make the game last as long as possible so I make every single available person want to marry me. Even if I don't like him/her. I'm hoping Sage doesn't look like that and it's some kind or mistake or a bad screen shot, but either way I'm going to woo her.

Hee. I did the same thing in Back to Nature and A Wonderful Life. With the others I haven't really bothered raising their heart entirely. DS had too many spouses and I find the conversations in Tree of Tranquility rather boring so I don't talk to people often. >3>; Or give gifts, actually. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

My guess is that she's going to stay that way. *Sigh*
But I'll probably woo her too, if I ever end up getting the game.

I never played ToT, but I had a lot of fun winning over everyone in Animal Parade. I had to do a lot of time management which I really like. Anyways, the more I look at Sage's picture the more it looks like her entire coloring is off. Even her skin looks strange.

You guys do the opposite of me. I never try wooing everybody, and the special candidates I don't bother with because they usually want really weird gifts and take forever to marry. Skye was the only one I married because he wasn't that hard to please, and every other bachelor in DS Cute was really bad. Except for Kai, I like him.

The reason I make everybody like me is because the game gets kinda boring after you're married. Having a wife/husband was never really that great so I didn't bother. Now I feel like once I'm married the game is over. I guess I just like being single (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif) .

I think it's fun when the special marriage candidates are a little harder to marry. But not like in Harvest Moon DS where they had those ridiculous requirements to marry the special girls (except for Leia she's not that hard).

I was attempting to marry Keria until my game got corrupted. I haven't bothered playing again after that since, still.

I try and get married before the story ends (Unless there's a limit like in Back to Nature, that's different), because as Pumpkin said, there's not much to lead on afterwould unless there's an exciting child system. I still haven't had my child in Rune Factory.... But I used the bathtub everyday and I wanted to marry Melody so I forced to win the story first.
With Tree of Tranquility I could finish the storyline now if I wanted, but I only have Chihaya at a few hearts so I'm postponing it.

So how are festivals supposed to work in this game. Do the two towns come together or do they just have their own separate festivals?

It looks like some festivals are combined, but not others. I think there is an animal festival that is only in Bluebell, and there might be a crop festival or something in Konohana. The cooking festival is with both villages together, though.

Hmm so is there like a place where both the meet or something? If Bluebell has an animal festival I hope Konoha has a crop festival.

erm~ I will make a special thread when the game arrived (making this now could bring bad luck...I'm not going to risk it) so you can ask all the things I should look up~ I will also try to take picture with my camera~ but I don't belive they will be that good....

:3 so think about it~ in mid of July you can ask everything you want *g* and I try to find out~

You are so helpful and it makes me sooo happy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif) .
I love guessing stuff about new games. I have decided (until I'm proved wrong that is) that there is a place where the two towns meet up for festivals. Since Sage and Micheal don't seem to live in either village there must be some space between them and that is where certain festivals will be held. There done final answer for sure.

but then again~ in the other games the special characters normally never participate....(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) but I like the idea of a special place more~ I mean those villages should try to get along at least....a little bit (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I don't think there has ever been a Harvest Moon where the special characters came to the festivals.

I looked at the cow festival picture and I only see people from Bluebell.

Thank you Rumiko for the topic you're going to make. It will be nice to actually know some stuff for sure about the game.
Sorry for being a downer you guys, but I don't think there will be a special place for the festivals with both towns. They might happen in the mountain area, because that's in the middle.

Shea came to some festivals in the island games (I don't think the Witch princess ever did though).
I don't think they will in this game I just thought maybe where they met would be around where those two lived.

Well I guess that could be special sort of. Even so the two towns should meet up sometime. Like Rumiko said they should at least try to get along.

I mean, when I translated stuff on the original site about Pierre~ there was something written that he is like...the referee (?) and that the competition between the villages is quite...fierce >_>

I hope the dialogs are as hiliarous as I hope they are (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) especially with the chief of bluebell....I mean she knows about military art O_o what the heck!
