Ahh! That is a great explanation! I had no idea. It turns out my tooth hurts, and that also makes it feel like my ear hurts, but that's because it's the tooth that's really far back.

Yeah. Supposedly the land the sign is on belonged to some other guys that wanted to tear it down to build houses. But they allowed for the state to get enough money to give them the land or something. And yeah, they made enough in time and guess who the biggest contributor was? It's a celebrity.
