I want to become a family doctor.
But I have extreme difficulty in mathematics. I hope that in high school my grades will go up. |

I either want to be a languistics major and be a translator for United Nations
orrrr a lawyer I'm leaning more towards being a lawyer because it seems as though working as a translator for the government is a pretty impossible thing to do. Therefor I attained a backup plan over the summer to be a lawyer. I would have to graduate four years of high school at the top of my class, go to college and stupy pre-law for four years, and then go to law school for two more years. |

Computer Software Engineer or Programmer.
I've thought long and hard about this for the past 3-4 years. I'm great with math and coding, so why don't I do something I love to do? For the past 4 years I've been messing with computers; coding, repairing, networking, etc. It's basically the only thing I enjoy doing. The best thing in the world though is buying parts and putting your own computer together. Ahhhh TigerDirect and NewEgg<3 |

A year ago I was about to start film school, but I backed out at the last possible minute. I realized that my chances in making enough money to survive were slim, and if I did succeed (as, admittedly, I would have - if only based on sheer force of will) I would have to work pretty much all the time. I decided I'd rather have a regular nine to five job, so I have time to do things.
So I've been working for just about a year, saving my money. Next month I start a correspondance course to get my librarian technician papers ... I'm hoping to be a children's librarian and travel whenever I have the money. :) |

I've always wanted to be a doctor. That is, until I found that I'm somewhat hemophobic and the sight of blood causes me to become anxious and weak. So I guess surgery is out of the question. Then, at one point I got into graphic design and computer programming, which I absolutely love doing but I can't see myself pursuing a career in either of the two.
I joined this thing called MUNA (Model United Nations Assembly) in which we (the youth :D) simulate debates on real, on-going issues like the conflicts between Palestine and Israel. I have a knack for getting involved in debates like those and I was thinking of doing something in law. Or I had this idea of majoring in psychology first, then going into law. Though, I don't know if that's going to work out and I'm still somewhat unsure. |

I wanna work in politics or law. Preferably both. In other words, working with a political party (probably Greens, although this probably wouldn't be a long-term career move) or some kind of judicial or legistlative position. I'm not sure whether it's achievable or not, but I'm going to study one or the other either way.

Eesh, I try and think about this as little as possible when presented with the question, but I have to pick some form of a major soon.
At this point, I'm either going to pursue something in Graphic Design (there's a billion jobs for that) or something in the Liberal Arts (like an author or something). However, I also want to do SOMETHING that involves acting, whether that be doing community theatre wherever I am or pursuing TV ads, etc. Every thing's very unclear at the moment, but for now that's what I'll go with. |
