I've been testing this on Saffy, and it's working out well so far. Saffy will give his feedback on what he thinks of it, and maybe the HM64 I'm doing with him we could bring into the forums.

I'm definitely enjoying "Let's Play Harvest Moon 64!" As long as you're up for playing for a while this sounds like a great idea. Might bring back some nostalgia too.

Sure I'm up to it. Here's how it works for those who are interested:
-I do all the work on the game. -I'm told decisions and do so. -I make some decisions, but the bigger ones are never made by me. |

Sure, sounds fun. It'd be entertaining if we were ALL in control of the character and we were like squabbling for decisions and stuff.

Toaster says I will be making most of the smaller decisions while larger ones will be made collectively.

Can we make Toaster answer wrongly to the heart events? That would be fun.

First decision:
Should the schedule be A) Water, then forage. There is no time to even talk to anybody, but this gets some more profit. I barely have time to forage though. B) Forage and socialize first, then come back to water the crops. |

May as well do B although you risk being too tired to finish your work. Can you grab a snack before?

I get a cake or something, but that would end up losing profit. We'll say how it plays out.

Why Elli? I don't know about you, but "I would love fresh milk and eggs" is not my idea of a rich, meaningful conversation.

I haven't done Elli at all, and we need her event dialogue so it fits pretty evenly.

Watering crops just seems to be the right thing to do in the morning. First thing in the morning. I'm not sure why.

I agree with you, but in 64 the days are so fast you have to capitalize on forgaing and socializing early.
