It was Pirates of Penzance, and that picture was taken during rehearsal after the fight at the end where I beat up the chief police officer (I've got one of my feet on top of his back). It is, it is a glorious thing to be a pirate king.

Is the guy on the right playing Conrad?

Pirates of Penzance rocks my opera world. Right up there besides Les Contes d'Hoffmann.
At first I thought you were trying to be a prettied up Richter. With a whip. Heheh.

Yep. It's kind of strange, being as he's not like Elvis. In any shape or form. He's not very used to musical theatre which is obvious because he almost never sings out and hasn't the slightest about obvious acting-no-nos. Aka backs to the audience. But he sure can dance, and when he gets into the music, he's not so bad. I just wish he were a little more cocky and got into the Elvis persona a little more. [/rant]

I'm pretty sure Richter Belmont was designed by a time traveler who knew the future me and went back to 1993 to make a totally awesome video game where I save the many womens of Transylvania. Supposedly coming to the VC soon.

The version I saw of it had a 33 year old guy with a pot belly and a bad wig playing Conrad. It was awesome.
