I am going to have to agree with Mizuki here. The length of time between the two dates could serve to ruin or create a bit too much anticipation, and it's unfair to girls. They have to work faster to make gifts, and then wait longer to receive them. That isn't true with the holiday of course, they have all year. But in this case boys have 2 months, whereas girls have less than 1.
However, if you can get it to work with enough participation then I'm all up for it. I'm all up for it anyway though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) And in terms of preference, (mod: removed), whereas I can be bi if needed. ;3
MOD:: Disclosing of other member's sexuality in a public location

Okay. My one thing is rule three. Guessing like the Christmas Gift Exchange? Uh-uh. No. Not unless you post all of the presents at the same time (like, all of the gifts to the guys at once, and then all the gifts to the girls, if you guys are going to have a time difference between them). Then we can guess by just writing '1' or '2' next to our guesses. Like:
Original Post: 1. To: Oscar. *picture* 2. To: Darth. *picture* etc. And then your guess would be, 1. Twi. 2. Zen. etc. Because it seriously was annoying how last time we had to wait ages before we got anything. |

Zen: That's what I did with my gift exchanges, with the lack of numbers which made it inherently confusing. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) But yeah, I agree with posting all of the images at one time.
Tolby: Well technically I am bi......... Long story. Saffy can help explain. 8D |

....I didn't mind the presents coming up at different times in Kozunai's exchange. D': Ah well. I'm oddly patient at times. *Shrug*

Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but I didn't think the guys would have double the amount of time to make gifts. I thought we were actually making return gifts for initial ones, causing roughly the same amount of time taken. Of course, I also didn't pay much attention.

Oh, I see Darth. That would make sense. But girls nonetheless have to wait double the time to receive a gift. Or I am probably making a mountain out of a mole-hill here anyway.

I think the overflow of men should be called the Charlie Browns.

I think I was already clear before, but I will not join unless "White Day" (a Japanese tradition I absolutely abhor), becomes just Valentines Day. (Or extremely close to it - like, I wouldn't mind too much if there was a girl's unveiling and a guy's unveiling within a day or so of each other or just at different times on the same day or something like that.)
That said, I really do enjoy giving gifts to others in these gift exchanges; so if I do end up joining in, I can promise that I won't fail as hard as the Christmas gift exchange. I don't know why it was so hard to get anything done in time... (And no, procrastination wasn't part of it, ironically.) |

I don't understand your gripe. If anything its a nice way to avoid awkwardness. She got me chocolate? I didn't see that coming, now I know to get her something on White Day. Or the guys a dinosaur.

I think it's a nice tradition. It gives an excuse to give presents to the people you like, because everyone's doing it.
I'd just say keep it as it is or don't bother... Maybe just do an all-round exchange on February 14th? I like the whole White Day thing better though. |

Just thought I'd let everyone know that Koz and I discussed this, and we are keeping the White Day Tradition.
And also that I need two more girls before I get this thing started. ;[ |

What does it matter with Sexuality anyway. If you can't think of the other romantically, (which probably no one can because it's a computer) then just think of them as a friend. Sheesh people.
