Is that a request or an observation?

It was a question, if it was a request he would have said "could" instead of "can".

How irritating is it when people correct you like this, on a scale of one to ten? When people correct you for tiny stupid stuff like this does it make you angry or do you just not care?

Yeah, I was just messin with him.

Generally don't care cuz if they're dumb enough to care then I could give a shit. But I know you're just messin so it's cool. My dad does it a lot though, which is pretty obnoxious because it's in person and you'll be trying to focus on something and he's just standing there and won't shut up.

Suggest a comeback for such situations which doesn't revolve around "yeah well shut up" or "reeeeeally?"

Also, have you ever watched a show called Banzai?

This might work, might not because you're American and either it's still banned there or it's because it's a channel 4 thing.
If not, look up a few clips of Banzai on Youtube some time when you're bored, you won't regret it. Or try this, I dunno.

Eh, watched part of it but didn't really do it for me. The Japanese style of wacky random humor doesn't really appeal to me anyway.

It's not actually Japanese, it's a spoof. Even the written characters are made up. It was banned for being "racist to asians" in America for these reasons, I think.
It depends which ones you watch, some are hilarious (who could forget the Old Lady Wheelchair Chicken Challenge, or Lady One Question vs Simon Cowell?) while some are nothing special. If you're bored some time and you have nothing to do, try another episode if you want.

Favourite actor who isn't a jerkface? Wait, you don't have many to pick from.

Pretty regularly. Or rather, it's not really deja vu if you vividly remember the event occurring, right? Just if you feel like it happened before? Anyway I get the same feeling when it's just deja vu as I do when something happens that is very similar to something I've experienced before. I think they have a word for that too.
