OK, so I haven't been taking notes like I should have... XD But I've been playing VERY heavily the last few days. I'm currently on Summer 27th...

-House upgraded to level 3. ^^
-FINALLY purchased land to build a barn, plus a sheep and cow (to be shown in next video).
-Got the Blue Feather on Summer 27th, and proposed to Basil... Man, he sure was easy to woo. Dunno why I never tried marrying him before. (To be shown in video after next - saved another slot so I can practice that mini-game on Pinnacle Studio's tiny screen. That won't be easy. >.>)

Edit: And the next day, we got married! Yay. ^^ Too bad your spouse doesn't give you a lunch in this game... ><

Real men like flowers. And of course they don't. If they did, you might actually get some work done.

So far it's more of the same for me. Plant cabbage, grow cabbage, go rummaging around the mountain. Only on Spring 14th. Though I should probably endeavor to actually start befriending people soon... and on that note decide who exactly I'd bother wooing.

edit: Was I not paying close enough attention or do poisonous mushrooms sell more than ones you can eat?

I've completed the first year with 46 notes.

Spring 16, Year 2. Making lots of money off my strawberries (you ship 50 cabbages to unlock the Strawberry seeds).

They do. Go figure. I sometimes give the poisonous ones to Alex; he appreciates them. They must have medicinal value. Or he's planning on using them to kill Martha so that she won't bother him anymore.

I completely forgot about that "you have to ship X amount of Y in order to unlock ƿ." I was really lazy with crops in summer, anyway. But, now that it's just about autumn, I think I'll try a little harder. ^^

50 cabbages for the seed shop to have Strawberry seeds.
10 Limestone for the seed shop to have fertilizer.
10 good clay for the Pottery Shop to open up.
Plant a few trees around the village for the Orchard shop to open up.
Ship XX amount of herbs for Martha to show up and more herbs for the Sanitarium to open.
??? for the Hearty Lyla.
Sell a lot of Ores for the Blacksmith.

Yeah, this isn't going to happen for me, no matter how much time I try to set aside. HMFGP2 was different since it was Summer.

Jeez. It's been so far into the month, yet somehow all I've managed was to keep my calendar going as if I was playing in real time. And not a single villager has a heart. I suck at this game.

Ugh, I had to go back to Animal Parade. No stacking system, unlikable characters, and the fact that he walks so SLOW even if he's holding an EGG...jeez. This game is difficult to enjoy.

Then taking care of the animals is a pain because they're all so noisy...and the characters too. I press A and "HI", "HEY", "HEE HEE HEE", "YOOOOO!"....it's all very annoying.

The festivals are kinda lame, too.

I loved it...when it came out. But I'm going back to Animal Parade.

I had to take a break over the weekend, since my brother was visiting and it seemed like we had to stay out all day, every day showing him around and just hanging out. Ugh. And then we're just going to repeat the process when my super-annoying other brother comes early next month. UGH. But at least I might get to play Brawl and Mario Kart with my other brother.

Anyway, I did a lot of work last night. I'm in winter now, which means no crops and less money coming in. xx; I shoulda grown more in autumn. Oh well.

I got the pregnancy event around Fall 18th. ^^ That means Basil and Marie's baby will be born...around Spring 18th, I guess? Seems far away. xx;

I finally upgraded my house to Level 4 on Winter 6th. I also got a chicken coop shortly before that. I have one of each animal now! Yay.

I have 48 notes so far... I hope I can get 50 before the year ends! (Not sure if I can though. But I'm gonna try!)

Episodes 5 and 6 of my "Let's Play Magical Melody!" series will take place in fall. Episode 5 is about finished uploading, but Episode 6 has been recorded, just not cut and edited. I'll try to do that within a day or two. ^^

I'm only in Fall, I forgot to play for awhile because I just felt too crappy and tired to bother.

I think I have 35 notes so far, but not doing as good as Marie.

Also, it's plant one grape tree to get the orchard to open.

I like this game, obviously more than some of you. Yes, it has it's annoying qualities but SO DOES EVERY SINGLE HARVEST MOON GAME. They all have annoying things about them, just you've played this before and it's no longer brand new and exciting.

I guess I'll have to really work hard to actually finish the first year before the real life year ends.

I'll post all my notes after I'm finished.

I still haven't gotten out of Spring. D; I might as well put what I have managed to do so far...

Week 3 found me with either 4460g or 4960g (can't tell if I wrote a 4 or a 9 v_v), 22 notes, a plot of turnips growing, Alex up to 3 hearts and my dog and the wild cat up to one heart.
Week 4 was mildly more interesting as I had a coop built and bought a chicken. I also have 2320g, Alex up to 4 hearts and a total of 32 villagers.
Only two more days and I'll be in Summer. Yaaaaay... *goes off to die of slowness*

You know, I might be loads behind all of you, but I think I'll try and play this in any case. Now that break has finally come.

I finished my first year. ^^

I gathered 53 notes in year 1. (And within the first three or four days of year 2, I got an additional 3 or 4 notes! XD)

I'm so far behind with my video editing right now that I'll wait until I have episodes 7-9 finished (I think that's how many I have waiting for me; it might be more) until I play some more.

I've been snowed in the past few days (a blizzard in Texas! Imagine!), so I don't really have much to do other than work on this...

Christmas happened and I got Super Mario and have been playing that since and never got farther than middle of Fall.

Now, not sure if I feel like finishing it. Meh.

I had lots of fun making videos, though. ^^ I'm glad people liked them. I might go back to the game after completing another file or two on Animal March. Ah, I also need to put up the RF3 audio dramas... I've been procrastinating on that for so long. >.>
