For the very short amount of time I played the game, I never thought of getting the sheep. But then again, I was never a rancher, and I only had the cow and duck, because the cow was free and the duck was needed for one of the bells.
So honestly, it's up to you. :) |

Yeah, how about don't do that. People know. If they don't they probably shouldn't be playing since they don't have eyes.

There are some RS members on here that never really check other areas that are non-HM related; just wanted to have some other members join.
Don't worry I was only planning to do it on here and one more HM area. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif) Like, when I had that tournament, it helped that I advertised a little bit over in these areas. EDIT: Never mind, you took it off. You can take that one up above off if you really want to. I know this isn't the place; I'll just take it of I guess... |

I might grab a sheep just 'cause I have extra lettuce funds. For fun. XD
Question: Does anyone have any information on the maps bought at the General Store? I just picked up the Maps of Fire and Bonds, and haven't a clue to what their clues suggest. Fire: An isolated island in a sea of red. No one dare come here. Bonds: 3 flowers, 4 hearts. I am a red bow tie. Does the first one refer to the bottom of the Garmon Lower Mine with all the lava? Aka, are these just the "secret" locations to the Power Berries? .__. *is stumped with this red bow tie nonsense* |

Spoiler: Map of Fire: Floor 30 of Garmon Lower Mine. Jump from the large island to the smaller one in the upper-right corner. You get a Lapis Lazuli. Map of Bonds: At Sonata Tailoring, go into the living area of the shop and look for the wall stickers above a bed. You get an opal. Serious money, Katie, serious money. >8D |

But then again, I was never a rancher, and I only had the cow and duck, because the cow was free and the duck was needed for one of the bells. *happy dances over duck* Holla! I first read the last sentence of that with the 'one of the' as 'his,' and 'bells' as 'balls.' xDDDDDD Such a dirty mind. Dude, I hope I get this game in a couple of days!! x-x Do you think it'd be funny if someone got all the cats as pets, and then never got married in the game? Well, you can beat the original story line like that. So I guess it is possible. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
I'd like to see that. |

I has a sad. I made soooo much money in Summer, but my rank went up to Master Farmer. I think it was at Master Rancher, or the same thing. Help, desu.

OMG, guyz!! Santa is my new best friend! He got me not only EAM, but the guide, too!! Sadly...Santa couldn't get the duckie, even though he pre-ordered the game...:'( C'est la vie.
So, I'm on the hunt for the whistle, right? Owen: Wait, what is it? Me: I bet he's gonna say, "Oh, it's an orange whistle that Chloe found." Owen: Oh, it's an orange whistle that Chloe's got. Me: :O Wow. |

So, like, you guys kept saying that somewhere in the guide, it says that it's LukexPhoebe instead of LukexSelena...where? Cuz I've looked through most of my book and haven't seen that anywhere. >->
Other than rubbing, is there any good way of getting people to like you faster? |

On Luke's page, I believe, it says, "After marriage with Phoebe."
I'm not sure if that's it, though, because I don't have the guide. Other than the classic talking twice and giving gifts (and heart events, but you can't exactly get those with everyone, now can you?), no, nothing else. |

*flips to page* LOL! It does. Which is ironic because at the top it says specifically that your rival is Selena. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
Can you only give one gift per day? This book isn't very specific sometimes. x-x Also, is it okay if I plant a crop next to a tree if the tree is fully grown? Oh, and let me get this straight. My future husband, Ose, a miner for a living, does not specialize in mining chores? What. The. Crap. -_-;; |

The book cannot be fully trusted.
Marley: I'll try that then. I have bluemists, rice, and roses growing. So once they're all harvested, I'll grow all bluemist. Thanks! |

xD What, seriously, Ose doesn't specialize in mining? I thought that would be obvious.
One gift per day. They'll turn down anything else. Losers. >[ |

That's what the book says! *points* Of course, as we know, the book cannot be trusted. I shall have to find out after I marry Ose. See what he brings.
Thought so. When I was trying to give mushrooms to Bo to fix the mine cart. Sometimes he wouldn't take it as food, and just take it as a gift, and I'd try to give him another to trigger the thing, and he'd say no thanks until he'd get in the right spot to trigger it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) Ugh! I was so mad earlier. I got all this ore from the mines, and figured when she told me I'd need one slot open for the thing some would be actual metal. She said that for all of it, but of all of it, I got two silver metals and one iron. -_-# Also, I've found one minor typo. Instead of 'Watermill,' they wrote, 'Windmill,' on the inside. It says something like, "Things you can change at the Windmill" and then it listed stuff like cornmeal. |

It just isn't Harvest Moon without the typos, is it?
Like, the Witch had to go run some errand in town. Yay agreement. Though I went back and played HM64 the other day (neglected to bring the Wii to my dad's, stayed there a couple days for Christmas)... well, Natsume has come a long way (even if they take their sweet time getting there). At least they can spell their own name now. Refining is a crapshoot. It's better to take at least 20 of something if you're going to get things refined. (More for Rare Ores, but only refine those (or any metal, really) if you're actually going to use the metal; chances are you'll lose money refining and shipping.) The more you can take in a stack, the better. When I started being able to afford the refining, I used to wait until my Wonderful stacks hit 99 before refining them. And then the next day I got riiiiiich. |

The book is full of typos, so don't be surprised.
I've gotten rich from getting multiple wonderfuls as well. I've never sat in the mine long enough to get enough. I should try saving them up. But the refining cost must have been expensive. |

Is it more worth it to just ship the ores as they are? That's what I've done with some of the rare ores I've gotten, seeing as they ship for 150g and have only a 10% chance of being the metal. I've only refined some (mostly copper) because I get a lot of copper, it's usually (at least when I've done it) more likely to come out as metal, and I've been giving it to Ose. (He's up to two hearts. Yay! One more, and I can stop giving him my metal, and start relying more on getting invites to festivals which boost heart levels!! :D) And I need to start giving Julius stuff, too. I'm going to grow a ton of roses and give them to him. All because I want a scarf. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) How sad.
Also, should I buy a sheep, or continue saving to upgrade my house? |
