Haircut Suggestions? Options

To Lindstrom and HMR, there's nothing really wrong with growing it out, except that it gets on my nerves after a while. Usually at the point where it just starts to grow out, but is still too short to do anything with (ponytails, braids, etc.). Plus the fact that I just really love short haircuts.

And to you, Flapjack, it's a nice cut, but still long for my tastes. Thanks, though!

I did this one a few years ago. I loved it. It was very versatile. Of course, I also love this long hair of mine (A lot), but you asked for short hair, so here you go. It's called a pixie.

I should add that I don't hate short hair on girls. It can be devastatingly hot on some girls, and catastrophically lesbian on others. I'm picturing one particularly cute girl with short blue hair in a couple of my classes...

Dude, there was a girl that went to my school last year, and she had hair a little past her shoulders, and it was very blonde, and it waved in front of her face, and then it was all spikey in the back, and she had a pink streak in it. When you say Haruka, I'm assuming you mean Haruka Tenou (siggy)? I love her hair myself, but I'm sure I couldn't get that sort of bang volume without driving myself insane every morning (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) (Plus it's a tad long. Fairly certain I fit into that category. According to my friend, anyway. That or I look a little boy.
For myself, I favour short hair on girls, usually. Of course, a lot of girls really look nice with long hair too. As for guys, generally I think shorter to semi-short hair is nice again, unless it's a really awesome longer cut.

Ah! That happened to me during a tour of the Chateau Frontenac in Québec. We had to split in two groups to fit on the elevators, and I was waiting to see which one I could fit in. The tour guide said to me: "There's room in this one, monsieur - madame!". It's also happened with my mother's friend, some fellow I know in school, again in Québec when I was mistaken for a "male asian prodigy kid". Fortunately, I find it amusing rather than offending (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Just the other day I accidentally bumped into what I thought was a guy (because of their haircut) and was like "sorry dude". Upon further inspection it was a woman with short hair, I felt bad.
