Wow! That means I need to get busy making friends! How many hearts do you need, three? Do the Witch and Wizard attend?

I did not have any hearts with anyone yet, but quite a few of the people I had talked to everyday were there. :)

Thanks for answering my other questions, guys.
I've thought of something else though. If I want to change the weather for the next day, will I be able to change it by restarting the game and looking at the weather for the next day again? Also - for the waterwheel weather, is a thunderstorm the same thing as a snowstorm? Thanks! |

Happy: Yes. You don't start over as your child; instead, they pay you a visit when you first start and give you whatever item you sent them off with.
Sasuke: Nope; weather conditions are determined a day in advance. The people who attend your birthday are the four or so people you have the highest heart level with, even if it's less than one heart. I think Mai attended my birthday, just because I talked to her every day. |

I have a question about milling and what-not. Which mill do you go to for cornmeal? Is it the big windmill on Horn Ranch, or the Waterwheel by the river? And I know the higher the wind, the better the product, but I also heard that the quality decreases in rainy weather or something like that. But when it's typhooning / thunderstorming, the wind is very strong. So should I wait for a sunny, windy day, or is it safe to make cornmeal in "bad" weather without losing quality.
Oh, and what is that little waterwheel on your property for? 'Cause right now it's locked, but does it ever get unlocked? |

Cherrio, you can make good cornmeal with good corn in the Waterwheel near Julius's house. It doesn't really matter how much wind there is, but as long as you have good corn it will make good cornmeal. I suggest not trying to make it in bad weather, including the tsunamis.
The waterwheel next to your house can be purchased from the Carpenter's after you ring the blue bell. It can make things that the windmill and waterwheel can not. Hope this helps! ;) |

Water Mill in Flute Fields.
Wait for Windy Day. And you have to pay Dale money and lumber and stuffs to have it repaired before you can use it. ;[ Edit; Fail. |
