When I go to paolo to do the thing it doesn't let me open up the rucksack or anything !!!

Lemme see It's been a while.....

Talk to Paolo and click the option to start up the process, then go to the designated place to set the item to open up your rucksack click the down button the key pad thing on the wii mote. Then put the item in its spot. And when your finished talk to him again and say start!

Now if I were trying to get as much money as possible in the Summer season, which crop should I grow? I have rung the yellow bell, but have not upgraded Marimba Farm and further. Also, tomatoes seem a little too expensive, so any of the other crops: Onion, Watermelon, etc.

Ok I'm at spring 21 and have 3 bells but I still don't have that much money. The most I've ever had at one time was about 11000g. How do you all do it. I want to buy more animals and be able to upgrade my house but I simply don't make enough money ever. I mean I guess I could simply dump all the money I have left into buying seeds but then I'd be broke until they fully grow. I really don't know what I should be doing.

Any tips for finding Gold? I still can't get the Red bell and I've tried countless times for it =\ I can get quite a bit of Silver now, but I've yet to find Gold. I just really, really want to get that bell already.

It took me forever to get the gold as well, but there really isn't any tips I can think of, it was kinda just random luck when I got mine. I guess just keep searching the 8th and 9th floors and it'll show up eventually. Good luck (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif)

For finding Gold, try looking in the upper mine. I found one easily up there.


For making it, just wait until Summer. Like I've said previously, those five or so cherry trees will make you a ton of money. They range from Decent - Perfect. Also, if you forage and do some serious mining, you can bring in at least 2k during the Summer season. Come Fall though, you'll be making minimal profit. I hate it. But, I'll get by.

You can't get into the upper mine until after you ring the Red Bell, and you can't ring the Red Bell until after you find gold ore! I just smash every rock on every floor. It seems to pop up anywhere. =/

That's weird. Cause I got up there before I rang the Red Bell. O_o

That's really weird. Finn said it was too dark to go up there until I rang the Red Bell, and he says in the help screen that the upper mine opens after ringing the Red Bell.

I'd imagine you're mistaken or there's some other way to unlock the upper mine. In any event I found my Gold Ore by searching every floor until I found it on the sixth. I do appreciate the help, though :)

I, for some strange reason, found it on the second floor...? o_o;

It was strange. So I reccomend that whoever needs gold, look everywhere. It'll come when you are about to give up, probably. :P

On my second game, I found the gold almost immediately; oddly enough, it was the copper I was having a difficult time finding.
It's all random in there. o_o The only way to find it is to smash everything, and there's still a chance you won't find it for days.

Upgrade Marimba Farm to Level 2 (sell 30,000G in crops), then you can buy the seeds there.
Then you grind that in the... the waterwheel, I think... and get cornmeal.
The quality goes down if it's raining, so make sure you're grinding Good Corn on a sunny day!

Another way to get it is to buy it from Taylor over the phone. The corn, that is.
