In regards to Eclipse I watched this thing on Mtv Last night about the movies.
Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) and Kellan Lutz (Emmet) said that Eclipse will be a very 'action-y' movie...

When it comes to this series, while Harry Potter was the last "popluar it thing" which turned out to be B grade money grabbing crap, when I look at Twilight I see it as a money grabbing book series, with horrible plot, unrelatistic expectations of love and unrealistic crappy "vampire" fairies in the series. Its targeted at girls who can't choose things for themselves and buy into fads and for that its selling crazy- its evil and once and for all its just plan crap.

I originally would say I hate twilight for no real reason other than the fans and it not being that great, but now they seem to waffle up vampire images and now making hollywood care too much about vampires in a shitty way. Aside from maybe true blood.

I hope you enjoy your movies, but they are terrible.

I agree with Tolby on everything except True Blood, which is also an abomination to television drama. Twilight is a teenage girl fad which will hopefully die out as soon as possible.

Harry Potter wasn't a money grabbing thing.. The movies and special effects used in the first Harry Potter film are still better than the ones they're using in Twilight. And Harry Potter actually had a great story line and ending, Twilight's was extremely predictable.

I have read all the Twilight books and yeah, entertaining for my raging hormones but other than that, they're not good. The characters have no depth to them and do the most predictable things.

I wanted to see the first movie to see what they did with it but couldn't get anyone to the theater and was too embarassed to rent it as not wanting to increase my "oh she's pale, she must be emo and read Twilight and have Team Edward written on everything".

But, if you like it that much, go ahead, why not?

Well I only saw like one, maybe two episodes of True Blood and I thought it was pretty good. For the most part. Of course I never saw anymore, so maybe it is terrible. At least it isn't about sparkling or whatever.

True Blood is actually extremely similar to Twilight.

The guy I worked with during the summer was a huge tv/movie buff and had read all the True Blood books and they were written before the first Twilight book and Twilight turns out to be like the exact same story but opposite. The girl can read the minds but can't read the vampire's mind. Hmm.. Sound like something? True Blood is just the adult version of Twilight with a lot more dirty polkaroo in it.

Thats probably want made it seem good. The parts I saw was when this human bought vampire blood as an aphrodisiac and well.. it was pretty entertaining. The other was a bar fight/police raid. Not sure if they were different episodes but thats the only parts I saw. Don't have HBO.

How am I biased when I've actually read Twilight unlike everyone else who hates it?

Harry Potter is just a million times better, the characters actually develope and so does the story line. It's not an obvious ending like Twilight is, everyone knows what was going to happen.

That actually isn't true. ._. Most of us Antis have in fact read the book. If you go on twilightsucks.com, and to the forums, you can probably find or see that most people have in fact read the books. Most other people couldn't stand to read the books. Sorry, but when people say that the antis never read any of the books, I get pretty annoyed. >> /loser
