We are obviously on different wavelengths.

I think that Beautifly is one of the most hideous pokemon ever created... and Dustox? Please. Give me Venomoth any day.

Beedrill is more akin to Vespiquien (did I spell that right?) who is... well... Vespiquien, despite not being as cool looking as Beedrill, is one majorly kick toosh pokemon. It's got one murderous moveset for a bug. Still doesn't beat out Weedle (and thus, Beedrill), though.

Agree to disagree?

Beedrill is by default awesome because Weedle is awesome. The game's not really meant to be played keeping those bugs in their basic form cuz they just don't learn any moves.

Anyway, if I wasn't cheap and felt like buying a DS or something, I would mess you people up with Beedrill. They need a computer/Wii Ware mini-version of the games for the sake of competing against people online without needing a DS.

But Vespiquien have some exclusive moves!
Dustox is WAY better than Venomoth, I think its design's better and it can learn some moves Venomoth can't
But I agree Beedrill is WAY coller than Vespiquien...

Like I said, we'll have to agree to disagree. >.>;

Because I really don't agree with you.

(Especially on Dustox being cooler and designed better... blech.)

The best way to settle a disagreement is with a violent fight.

Darth, do you know of any that are good?

Unfortunately, no. I only used one a while ago that seemed to have all the gameplay functions down... but it lacked in the realm of having people you'd actually want to play with. "oh look another guy has a team of nothing but legendary pokemon."

I'd only bother if other people here would. I wouldn't have fun fighting random people's team of Mewtwos.

Well... weren't we trying to set up another tournament with Pokemon being the major thing people talked about? Maybe we could use it for that.

I probably should have mentioned that site isn't working for me. Probably my various internet defenses calling it a bad idea to go to that site.

Also, the Weedle fight would've been more impressive if he wasn't level 100. Anyway last time I played I beat Brock at level 14, with his Onix being level 14 as well, so it was a pretty fair fight.

HMR, with the amount of boosts he'd given it he could probably have won with a Magikarp.

I'm 100% certain Weedle beats Caterpie, like it's not even close.

@Racoon
Yeah, it surely can beat anything, but you need to be rich too...

@shoddybattle'users'
I don't think that's a good idea, it makes the computer lag, and it's not fun, the battles aren't like in the games...

But it's Weedle, I don't recall anyone saying that you can't jam pack it full of steroids to make it awesome?

You pretty much can take 1 of 2 routes when you play with just 1 Pokemon: Either keep it at it's basic form (which for Weedle means he only gets Poison Sting) and juice him up with boost items, or let it evolve and learn new moves, but no boost items and you don't level it to 100 like that guy did. Last time, I did Charizard and he was level 75 or so when he beat Mewtwo at the end of the game. Decided to let Weedle evolve so I won't be using boost items, but I can actually think about using the right moves instead of just maxing out the damage on Struggle. Next time I play I think I'll try using Ditto (probably have to use the Mew glitch and trade), which will make things interesting, especially against Gary.

I was a Caterpie guy too, mainly because I played blue and they were easier to come by.

Is Shoddybattle like Netbattle from a few years ago? I used to be on that all the time, once swept some guy's uber team with a Luvdisc (full baton pass support though)
