I saw his movie Adaptation about four years ago but that's about it. I enjoyed it too.
I wish I could see this hour long documentary on the movie :( I saw parts of it on YouTube but they're gone. |

I may finally be going to see the movie again next week. A girl at work offered to go with me since I've gone on about it enough now that I've piqued her curiosity.
I'm saddened no one else here has seen it yet :[ |

I did want to see it this weekend, but my friends and I decided on 2012!
But I'll rent it when it's out. |

Wooh! After nearly a month I finally, finally got to see Where The Wild Things Are again. I went with two girls from work after we had our weekly meeting. It was really awesome to watch again <3 Though I'm a little unsure if they liked it so much, but they seemed to enjoy so I get's all well.

On the Today Show the other day they had a guy in a giant Carol costume running around New York, and I was entertained. XD
And then today I was in Blockbuster and they showed a trailer for it on the TVs and I was all "*spaz* Saffyyyyy!" Heh, I'll probably see it on DVD or something. I'm tired to going to see kid-related movies in theaters because of the annoying, chattering youngsters who constantly ask questions throughout the movie and laugh too much and UGH. There are too many children around here. STOP MAKING BABIES, YOU REDNECKS. DD: |

You know there's almost no kids who watch it, right? Seriously most people are over 18.

You don't live in Charlotte.
Where more than half of our population is under 14. I mean, there were infants in This Is It. Really? Dx |

How was This Is It? I've been meaning to see it, but no one else seems to have any interest.
I was a little saddened to see how empty the theatre was today. To be fair we went at 4:15 when most people would have been working and it was a Wednesday, but still. Now I'm just a little saddened that I probably won't get to see the movie until it comes out on dvd or blu-ray. I guess it's all for the best because seeing it again would probably ruin my hype greatly. And when it comes out I'll get to enjoy it in all its glory again :] I got the experience of seeing it in theatres twice though <3 |

This Is It was really great. Well, for a big MJ fan like myself, that is.
I had an excuse to sing along to everything and squee and fawn at his amazing dance skills with everyone else. It actually felt like I was in concert there, too, which was an awesome effect. And seeing the new filming they did for Thriller (with 3D effects!) was beyond awesome. I had a lot of fun seeing it and was saddened when it was over. I wanted to keep seeing more and more and more. <3 I think the only movie I've ever seen in theaters more than once was How The Grinch Stole Christmas with Jim Carrey, and maybe the occasional movie that I saw with my mom/sister separately. You know it's good when you see it twice in theaters. 8D |

To be honest, I don't even know how kids could sit through and understand that movie. It is a very serious movie. I mean sre, there are the fun little mud fight scenes and whatnot, but otherwise it gets serious and almost scary for younger ages.

Particularly with Carol towards the end D: That could be quite frightening.
Also, Richard is awesome. |

Exactly! Even I felt a little frightened at the site of him like that. You felt scared for Max, I mean common, look what he did to Douglas! :O

Even though you knew it would somehow work out, it was definitely frightening as you saw Carol change.
What I find amusing is that Carol's voice actor is the guy who plays Tony Soprano. James Gandolfini? |

I had to look it up after I first saw the movie D: But yeah, I think James Gandolfini plays Carol quite well.

How did you feel about the opening sequence, by the way? I love how it just begins and shows the title as well as the parts before the actual movie where Max is written on everything. But it was definitely weird to sit there and watch it with other people (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I think I felt so awkward from hyping this movie up.
