Go to My Controls, which is located right below the big Harvest Moon Gallery button at the top of the page. Then on the left side bar there should be a Edit Avatar option or something. ;)

Go into "My Controls" at the top of the forum (it's bolded), and on the left side of your screen there are options. One should be something about Avatar Settings. Click there and you can change your avatar by inserting the url in the box or choosing a file from your computer.
