The doors really aren't that special, but honestly I haven't noticed them. Except in cutscenes. The witch's "introduction" cutscene is exquisite for a Harvest Moon game.
I couldn't stand AWL. My first HM was 64, and the 64 to AWL transition was insane. I sat down and tried to play it a bit more recently, but I just couldn't put up with it. And, EAM is my favorite at this point. :] |

That would be cool if AP had that aging effect like in AWL and AnWL, that was cool, with your child becoming an adult and the entire village getting gray and old.

Yeah, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
It seemed more realistic when they aged, but with AWL I hated the death scene at the end ;.; But I also saw the with introduction on youtube in AP, and I remember the little door opening as being amazing, will all of the door-going through be like that? |

I like hearing the door creak form AWL. So I was very happy when it transferred over to the DS games.
Ah, the memories. But I'm very mad with HMDS. I thought it was basically an portable version of AWL. I was very wrong. That, and I screwed up the game with my AR cheats. |

Aha.
I remember playing the game with my little brothers, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) And the panda bear that'd watch you in your kids room. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) Aha, funny the things you remember most after a while (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) I haven't played that in a couple of .. like 9 months. That bear confused me. Was there really any point to it?

The bear's purpose was to scare the snot out of parents coming into their child's room. I mean, obviously. Knock why don't you?!

I remember I would just keep triggering that scene over and over again thinking something would happen...

I never got that scene. I had no patience when I was younger. I rarely made it past Chapter 2.

I completely hated that bear, it's so creepy, and I think it was planning to kill my child, everytime it was standing up looking around for a weapon, then fall down like you didn't see it standing. Ugh! Physco bear!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I secretly loved it. Mostly because I think someone from Natsume or Marvolous just up and decided to make a crazy childs toy. It just seems like a funny scene for a conference. Or, rather. Some funny employee decided to stick it down into gameplay... Either way it's hilarious.
And I can't remember how far I made it, but I never finished it. ;.; I think I got to like, the second to last chapter and my brother erased my game file. I remember having my kid become a teen, and then being really really miffed at my brother. So I dunno. |

Day 19
Now that we have explored the Church Plaza and the Mine District, you can all learn about the shortcut between the two. After playing for just a few days, you'll start to realise it's a pain in the butt to have to get from the Mine District to the Church/Main Town. Gladly, there is a shortcut that is very useful! After helping Bo again, he'll fix the old mine cart. Once the cart is fixed, you are free to ride it as you please from the mine to the church. The other useful thing is you don't have to remember which endd of the track you left the cart on because whatever end you are on the cart will appear anyway. |

Good old Bo. He's so underappreciated. If he had been a MC he might have had a chance with me too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif)

I preordered AP yesterday at EBGames in Vancouver, Canada and it came to $67.18 CAD. I thought this was a $49.99 title and not a $59.99 title. =O

It is.. Did you get any fancy shipping additions? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
When I pre ordered my game for 50$ I got a ten dollar one-day shipping, plus my guide for 18$, It came out to 82-something dollars. It's probably just high tax or something.. Plus the shipping if you ordered online. Or maybe it costs more in Canada... Hmm Anyways, Yayy 19 days. ^_^ |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif) EDIT: It's probably because it's usually more in Canada. Stupid because the Canadian dollar is gaining on the US dollar. Aww, HarvestBoom that sucks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/weirdsmile.gif)
*random* Out of curiosity.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) I realized that I think the number of days left is off (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) unless you're counting to the eleventh.. Today's the 23'rd. 8 days until November, then ten more.. 18 days. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) 17, even. If you don't count today. -Has too much time on her hands- I was just wondering. x.x Because if it's an extra day, ... I'm gonna be sad still (IMG:style_emoticons/default/weirdsmile.gif) -teenage girl anxiety here- |

Kay. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) That makes sense. I just got a major headache trying to re-think about the numbers so I'm gonna nod since that's probably right in the first place (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I must've been thinking there was gonna be like, a day 0 x.x That's what I get for counting in the morning..When I have a head cold, too.
